8 Note 1: Annual performance report (APR) should be submitted in the above format within a period of 90 days following the close of financial year failing which STPIC will be constrained to stop all STP Services Non-submission of APR will be concluded as no-performance for the year and appropriate action will be initiated. The APR shall be signed by the authorized signatory resolved by the board for signing such a report. (Enclose copy of the board resolution). In case of wrong submission of information or failure to submit such information within the stipulated time, Development Commissioner / Competent Authority may withdraw the permission granted to the unit for operation.(ref:ftp/appendix-14-i-f-6). Note 2: The Export Obligation will be computed based on the data reported in the Annual Report. The performance of each unit will be forwarded to STPI-Head Quarters / IMSC / DGFT / Customs / Income Tax authorities / Comptroller & Auditor General of India. If there is any Cancellation regarding Exports / Imports made, the same shall be furnished separately and also to be intimated immediately to this office.
