7 C. To consider the following:- C.1. Application for approval of additional list of goods required for authorised operation submitted by M/s Bagmane Developer Pvt. Ltd. SEZ Developer, Bangalore. M/s Bagmane Developers Pvt. Ltd. SEZ (Developer), Bangalore holder of LOA No.F.1/19/2016-SEZ dated 07/09/2016 had submitted an application dated 29/11/2016 for approval of additional list of goods required for carrying out authorised operations. The list of goods submitted is as per Instruction No.50 issued by Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi. The request of the Developer duly certified by the Chartered Engineer is placed before the Approval Committee (as annexed) for consideration and approval.. Annexure I 7

8 D. Any other matter with the approval of the Chairperson. Approval of default uniform combined list of services containing 66 nos. Services issued and further expanded by the Department of Commerce on different dates and circulated by this office on different dates. Based on the decisions of the meeting scheduled by Commerce Secretary to review the issues relating to SEZs with Development Commissioners on , a list of default authorised services required for carrying out authorised operations of entities in SEZs has been issued. It was also decided that there would be no prescribed negative list. The services not covered in the default list of services would be considered by UACs on case to case basis. The default list containing 66 Nos. of services (as per Annexure I shown below) issued by the Department of Commerce on various dates has been circulated to entities in SEZs. The service items from Sl. No.1 to 58 approved in the default list vide MoC No.D.12/25/2012-SEZ dated was circulated vide CSEZ circular No.2/2013 dated Sl.No.59 & 60 added vide MoC No. D.12/19/2013-SEZ dated and Sl. Nos. 61 to 63 added vide MoC No. D.12/19/2013-SEZ dated were circulated vide CSEZ Circular No.1/2004 dated The Service items shown in Sl.Nos 64 to 66 added by MoC vide circular D.12/19/2013-SEZ dated were circulated vide CSEZ Circular No.2/2014 dated Copies of circulars issued by CSEZ office are also annexed herewith for consideration and Approval of the Approval Committee of Bagmane SEZ III. Now the Department of Commerce, vide F No. D.12/19/2013:SEZ dated 30/11/2016 (copy attached) has included one more item (67 th item) viz., ATM Services in the default list. This item is also placed before the Approval Committee for consideration and ratification. 8
