7 Annexure 1 C.1 Application of M/s RGA Software Systems Pvt Ltd for Duty free procurement of HSD for use in SEZ M/s RGA Software Systems Pvt Ltd, Co-Developer of Primal Projects Pvt Ltd SEZ vide letter no. nil dated has intimated that their Power Generating unit is situated in the Processing Zone of the SEZ throughout, thereby falling in the category of eligible plants for the exemptions inspite of the revision of guidelines for generation, transmission and distribution of power in the SEZ. The Developer has requested to grant the benefit of exemption. Guidelines issued by the Ministry vide letter No. P.6/3/2006-SEZ (Vol.III) dated speaks that with respect to the IT/ITES SEZs, generation of power will be carried out as a unit within the processing area and such a power plant including nonconventional energy power plant will be entitled to all the fiscal benefits covered under section 26 of the SEZ Act including the benefits for initial setting up, maintenance and the duty free import of raw materials and consumables for generation of power. The request of the Co-Developer is placed below for consideration (Annexure A) 7

13 Annexure 2 C.2 Application of M/s Cargill Business Services India Pvt Ltd for approval of specified Services which are not included in the default list. M/s Cargill Business Services India Pvt Ltd, a unit in Primal Projects Pvt Ltd SEZ vide letter No. nil dated has requested to approve a list of service which are not included in the default list of services. The unit has detailed the nature of input service and its use in relation to the authorized operation. As per Instruction No. 79 dated issued by the Ministry, other Services which are not included in the uniform list may be decided by the UAC on merit. The request of the unit is placed below for consideration (Annexure B). 13

18 Annexure 3 C.3 Application submitted by M/s Accenture Services Private Limited for additional services which are not in the default lit of services M/s Accenture Services Pvt Ltd vide letter dated 8 th February 2016 has stated that certain services which are integrally connected to their operations are not included in the default list of services. They have requested to approve these services as these services are essential for their authorized operations. As per Instruction No. 79 dated issued by the Ministry, other Services which are not included in the uniform list may be decided by the UAC on merit. The request of the unit is placed below for consideration. (Annexure C). 18
