Proposals of Developer / Co-developer C.I.1 Application of M/s.Infosys Limited, Developer of Infosys Limited SEZ, Mangalore for approval of list of materials required for construction of underground water reservoir The Developer vide its letter dated 8 th March 2018 and subsequent letter dated 20 th March 2018 informed that the underground reservoir is constructed to meet the various needs in the SEZ such as Drinking, Sanitation, Gardening, etc. The capacity of the reservoir is 69 lakh litres. The Developer has forwarded the list of materials required for the construction of underground reservoir duly certified by a Chartered Engineer and Authorised signatory of the Developer with an endorsement from the Specified Officer. Import Indigenous Total NIL 5,8,12, (exclusive of duty amount of Rs.1,05,68,166/-) 5,8,12, C.I.1 Application of M/s.Infosys Limited, Developer of Infosys Limited SEZ, Mangalore for approval of list of materials required for supply and erection of solar power module The Developer vide its letter dated 8 th March 2018 and subsequent letter dated 20 th March 2018 has sought permission to erect solar panels to generate KWp of renewable energy so that various facilities within the SEZ could use green energy ie. for captive generation. The list of materials required for the work duly certified by a Chartered Engineer and Authorised signatory of the Developer with an endorsement from the Specified Officer has been submitted by the Developer. 6

Miscellaneous proposals C.III.1 Monitoring of procurement, consumption and utilization of goods procured by the Developer As per Rule 12(6) read with Rule 22(4) of the SEZs Rules 2006, the Developer shall maintain a proper account of the import or procurement, consumption and utilization of goods and submit quarterly and half-yearly returns in Form E. Utilisation of goods by SEZ developer upto 30 th September 201 duly certified by Chartered Engineer (Annexure A) is placed before the Approval Committee for consideration as envisaged in the aforesaid Rules. C.III.2 Monitoring of Performance Report for the year in respect of Unit, M/s.Infosys Limited (Unit 1), Mangalore As per Rule 22(3) and 54(1) of the SEZs Rules, 2006, the Annual Performance Report submitted by an SEZ Unit shall be monitored by the Approval Committee. Performance of M/s.Infosys Limited (Unit 1) having LOA No.3/06/200:IL:Infosys SEZ dated for the period has been reviewed on the basis of APR submitted by them and found to have achieved positive NFE (Annexure B). The same is placed before the Approval Committee for its consideration. C.III.3 Monitoring of Performance Report for the year in respect of Unit, M/s.Infosys Limited (Unit 2), Mangalore As per Rule 22(3) and 54(1) of the SEZs Rules, 2006, the Annual Performance Report submitted by an SEZ Unit shall be monitored by the Approval Committee. Performance of M/s.Infosys Limited (Unit 2) having LOA No.KA:14:0:Infy(MA):2C dated for the period has been reviewed on the basis of APR submitted by them and found to have achieved positive NFE (Annexure B).
