Your letter reg. transfer of EC dated We thankfully acknowledge the receipt of your letter reg. the transfer of environmental clearance letter from M/s Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. to UltraTech Cement Ltd. for Budawada Limestone Mines ( ha,6.0 MTPA). We are submitting herewith the following documents for your consideration and further processing: 1. Mining Lease in the name of UltraTech Cement Ltd.- We are enclosing herewith the Mining Lease Transfer Order vide No. G.O. Ms. No. 74 dated to transfer the Mining Lease in favor of M/s. UltraTech Cement Ltd. (Annexure I) 2. Mining Plan in the name of UltraTech Cement Ltd.- We have submitted the application for name change in Mining Plan vide letter dated to Indian Bureau of Mines. It is under process and may take time, therefore we request you to kindly issue the name change letter. (Copy of the acknowledgement is enclosed herewith as Annexure II) 3. Letter from Registrar of Companies stating the change of name from M/s. Jaypee Cement Corporation Ltd. to M/s. UltraTech Cement Ltd. - We would like to inform you that, in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the NCLT Order of Mumbai and Allahabad vide their Orders dated 15 th February, 2017 and 2 nd March, 2017 is required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies through the portal of Ministry of Corporate Affairs. We have filed the said Orders with the Registrar of Companies. A copy of the acknowledgement of the same is enclosed herewith as Annexure III. However, we are also enclosing herewith the Board Resolution for effective date of Scheme of Arrangement as Annexure IV.
