7 S.NO. Eligibility Criteria Documents to be Submitted 1. The bidder must be a registered Recycler/Preprocessors of e-waste with Ministry of Environment and Forest (MOEF)/ Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB)/ any other state pollution control Board. 2. The bidder must have minimum two years experiences in e-waste disposal process. 3. The successful bidder has to submit an undertaking that all the e-waste will be disposed off as per e- waste (Management and Handling) Rules notified by Ministry of Environment and Forest. Proof of e-waste disposal certification to be submitted Proof of document to be submitted ( Registration certificate with date or Customer Purchase Order form with date) Declaration Form to be submitted. General Terms and Conditions 1. Incomplete and unsigned quotations are liable to be rejected. 2. The successful bidder will be required to submit an undertaking that all the e-waste will be disposed off as per e-waste (Management and Handling) Rules notified by Ministry of Environment and Forest. 3. The items shall be sold to the highest bidder. No items, once sold to the successful bidder, shall be taken back by EXIM Bank. 4. The successful bidder shall be required to remove all the items from EXIM Bank s premises within 3 (three) working days after the payment of the quoted amount credited to the Bank. On failure to do so, EXIM Bank shall have the right to dispose the items to alternate bidder. 5. The obsolete items have been kept at premises of Export-Import Bank of India, Floor No.21; Centre one Building, World Trade Centre Complex, Cuffe parade, Mumbai The cost of dismantling, handling and transportation of the obsolete equipment s from EXIM Bank, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai office premises to the tenderer premises will be the bidder responsibility and all charges for the same will be borne by the bidder. 7 P a g e

Intending bid applicants who want to inspect/verify the equipment should contact the EXIM Bank as per contact information mentioned in the tender document and satisfy themselves about the items they are bidding for. No claim in this regard shall be entertained by EXIM Bank at any point of time. 7. The e-waste being disposed off is only for recycling. The use of any of the disposed items in any other form will lead to appropriate legal action. The hard drives in the CPUs should be drilled into or crushed beyond usage. The successful tenderer will be responsible to ensure this action. 8 P a g e

I/We understand that in the event of non-compliance of the General Terms and Conditions of the tender our bid shall be forfeited by the Export-Import Bank of India, Mumbai. I hereby also declare that firm is registered with MOEF /CPCB/or other state pollution control boardas authorized recycler / re-processor and having environmentally sound management facilities for collection, disposal /recycling of e-waste.
