4 I - PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR ARCHITECTS / STRUCTURAL CONSULTANTS 1. The Architects / Consultants who have already worked for DENA BANK and have provided their services satisfactorily as per the Bank s Opinion. 2. For Architects, who are post graduate / graduate / diploma holder in architecture / interior designing either from India or abroad and / or have done considerable extent of work as Registered (with Council of Architecture) Architect for a period of more than three years. For Structural Consultant, the persons who are graduate/post graduate in Civil Engineering (specialization in Structural Engineering will be preferred) either from India or abroad and / or have done considerable extent of work as Structural Engineer for a period of more than three years. 3. Applicant should have membership of Indian Institute of Architects / Council of Architecture / Institution of Engineers for consultancy or any other professionally recognized institutes. Registration with local bodies as Structural Engineer for at least 3 years is essential for Structural consultants. 4. Membership of other recognized professional institutes. 5. There shall not be any adverse performance / financial report about the Applicant. 6. Applicant should have adequate organizational structure with qualified architects, engineers, specialists, other technical officers and staff along with associates, if any, to plan, supervise & execute work of nature & magnitude given in the respective categories. 7. Regular presence of professional work in the state of Chhattisgarh is essential. 8. Satisfactory Completion of at least one comparable job in Chhattisgarh of value of the outer limit in each category or Three similar completed jobs in CG costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the outer limit given in the respective categories of works during the past three years, under the same name of the Applicant. 9. Necessary details and documentary proof, photographs if any etc. has to be enclosed as separate attachments serially numbered with cross references to the respective statements made in this Application. Any sort of negligence in this respect and in this Application is likely to result in rejection of the Application. 10. 5 12. The Bank may restrict the number of pre-qualified Agencies in the Panel for Administrative Reasons. II - LIKELY ALL INCLUSIVE FEES DECIDED BY THE BANK FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES & FOR CIVIL REPAIR WORK Description of Work Interior work for Office / residential building (for each work) For Original work including supervision Upto Rs 25 lakhs Rs 25 lakhs to Rs 75 lakhs 3% 2.5% Civil Repair works (for each work) 3% 2.5% 1. In case of repetitive jobs, first / original Work will be paid at the rate of fees as above and the remaining repetitive jobs will be paid at 1.5 % fees only. 2. The above fees include the fees to be paid to the expert consultants to be engaged by the Architect / Structural Engineering Consultant. 3. The fees payable to the Architects / Structural Consultants at the above percentages is on actual cost of the works done including cost of extra items executed with consent of the Bank and PVA payable to the contractors. 4. However, items of direct supply / purchase by Bank like electrical fixtures, Airconditioning units, steel racks, compactors, strong room / SDV room doors, ventilators, exhaust fans, tang bars or any other works which gets independently done for which Architects do not prepare any tender documents, specifications, BOQ, drawings, etc. will be deducted from the project cost for purpose of payment of fees to the Architects / Structural Consultant..
