3 National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD), Kerala Regional Office, Thiruvananthapuram NOTICE - Empanelment of Agencies / Firms for providing security services to Banks premises (Office Building & Staff Quarters) 1) National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), Kerala Regional Office, Thiruvananthapuram intends to prepare a panel of reputed agencies / firms having specialisation in providing security services to the various Bank's premises in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. 2) The agencies / firms who are registered with the Government/Semi-Government Undertaking/s / Financial Institutions for providing similar nature of security services as per the following criteria and having adequate set up at Thiruvananthapuram or nearby places from where the required services can be provided, may apply in the prescribed form. 3) The agencies / firms should meet the following minimum criteria : Minimum three years of experience in works of similar nature. Experience of having successfully carried out three similar works of providing security services of minimum 15 personals per day during last three years ending 31 March 2018 (i.e. works prior to 31 March 2014 will not be considered) The Average Annual financial turnover during each of the last three years, ending 31 March 2018, should be at least Rs.1.0 crore. Having adequate setup either at Thiruvananthapuram or nearby places and have Registration and valid Licenses for carrying out the work, and Tax Registration with concerned authorities etc. Note: The following documents should invariably be attached along with application in support of experience and financial capability: i) Copies of Work orders, Certificates in support of experience ii) Copies of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statement for the previous three years, duly certified by a practising Chartered Accountant, in support of Average Annual Turnover OR Banker's Solvency Certificate in proof of having adequate financial standing. 3) Application forms will be issued from NABARD Kerala Regional Head Office, Punnen Road, Statue, Thiruvananthapuram, on working days (Monday to Friday) between AM to 4.00 PM. Application form can also be downloaded from the website The application duly filled in shall be submitted in a sealed envelope super subscribed as "Empanelment of Agencies / Firms for providing security services to Banks premises (Office Building & Staff Quarters) on the cover and addressed to Chief General Manager, NABARD Kerala Regional Office, Punnen Road, Statue, Thiruvananthapuram on or before 05:00 P.M. 01 June Already enlisted agencies / firms, are also to apply afresh.
4 4) NABARD encourages electronic mode of payment to vendors. For this purpose, please furnish the information in Annexure-V. 5) NABARD reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof. 5 ANNEXURE I General Instructions to the applicants for Empanelment: 1. NABARD, Kerala Regional Office, Thiruvananthapuram intends to prepare a panel of reputed agencies / firms for providing security services to Banks premises (Office Building & Staff Quarters) at Thiruvananthapuram. 2. Intending applicants are required to furnish details about their Organisation, experience, competence and evidence of their financial standing as per the enclosed pro forma in order to be considered for empanelment. 3. While deciding upon the selection of agencies / firms, emphasis will be given on the ability and the competence to provide the services as required. 4. The agency / firm must have own adequate set-up in Thiruvananthapuram or nearby places for providing the required services. 5. The agency / firm must have sufficient number of experienced personnel, technical know-how, equipment, and other resources, to carry out the work. 6. The Bank reserves the right to inspect the facilities of the Agency / firm to verify the genuineness and to ensure the conformity with the details given in the application form. 7. Information furnished in the pro forma will be kept confidential. 8. The application form and each part of the pro forma viz. (i) Basic Information (ii) Previous Experience and (iii) Technical Personnel and Special Experience shall be signed by a person on behalf of the Agency / firm who is duly authorised to do so. 9. If the space in the pro forma is insufficient for furnishing full details, such information may be supplemented on a separate sheet of paper duly signed stating therein the pro forma's part number and serial number of item. Satisfactory certificates for similar works done for different employers should preferably be furnished along with the application. 10. Applications containing false or inadequate information are liable for rejection. 11. NABARD reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof. Decision of NABARD in regard to selection of Firms / Agencies for empanelment will be final and binding. 12. Clarification, if any, may be obtained from Assistant General Manager / Manager (Premises), DPSP, Kerala Regional Office, Punnen Road, Statue, Thiruvananthapuram ( Phone no / ) on any working day between 1000 hrs to 1600 hrs.
