1 Millionaire Blueprint Stock Selection July 2016: Monthly Stock Selections In case you missed it: The financial press would have you believe the world was about to collapse. Then (as somewhat predicted) the financial press turned 180 degrees and said everything would be fine. And then turned another 180, ad infinitum. We made a good call to exploit the fervent selling of airline stocks in the wake of England voting to leave the European Union we won t call it Brexit for John s sanity. That black swan event isn t happening yet. Here's what matters for stocks in the near term (next 6 months): 1. S&P 500 Earnings 2. The US Dollar (must remain stable or LOWER) 3. Interest rate cuts 4. U.S. Consumer Spending 5. Jobs (wages, and wage inflation) You won t see interest rate hikes from the Federal Reserve in the near term, and perhaps not until Longer term, the action following the vote in Britain is a bit more worrisome. The short-term collapse in the markets foreshadow a bigger loss at some point. The concerns, of course, are always recession, declining profits and deflation each of which is impacted in some way by our Top 5 above. Those three combined suggest lower stock prices eventually, coupled with the S&P 500 breaking 2100 again puts us in shark-infested waters. You'll note a new addition this month to our Stock Selection s: Chart Notes. We'll review the charts in today's webinar, too. Not only are we including our fundamental reason for buying the stocks in this month's report (the PE Gap), we re also including a technical rationale (which can be Candlesticks, Gaps, Lows/Highs and Probability). This matters right now because we will absolutely need to be "In-n-Out". Not timing the market, but taking gains when we reasonably can. The good news is perhaps the silence of the headlines. Thus far, the issue has taken a back seat to other concerns. That should allow shares to drift higher during earnings season when facts trump fiction, and the facts here are quite positive. Look for a quick 5-10% gain. Chart Notes: Stochastics rising. Stock held up well in Brexit and was actually up 4% on Monday. Stuck at Price Resistance; any move through current levels has upside move of 10-15% from $11 to $12.25.

4 NN, Inc. (NASDAQ:NNBR) July 1 Price: $14.16 Millionaire Blueprint Stock Selection The dollar jumped with Brexit (okay I said it again). Expect that strength to subside to the Federal Reserve preferred state of a weak dollar. NN is a manufacturer that sold off with the stronger dollar. We can get a nice bounce here in July as the dollar stabilizes or weakens. Chart Notes: Love the bottom ($13.50), which represents a 3-month support line. NNBR held that line despite 50/200 moving average crossover 20% upside from current price to gap on chart (17/14.15 = 1.2). Don t need that entire move, just enough to get into the 16/16.5 range.

We loaded up on airline stocks given the oversold conditions in the space; we ll do the same with another drug stock. This time we do so for valuation reasons. Supernus shares are extremely cheap relative to expected profit growth. Chart Notes: Long bullish channel held during Brexit; breakout in price above $19.90 confirmed. Multiple layers of support at $19 and $18.

KB Home (NYSE:KBH) July 1 Price: $15.46 Millionaire Blueprint Stock Selection Why homebuilder stocks are not rallying is a mystery. Already cheap, we get the added benefit of lower interest rates.

Long-term rates have sunk. Expect a huge bump in real estate action, including new homebuilding. Profits will exceed expectations, and these cheap stocks should soar including KB Home. Chart Notes: Breaking out when other stocks are breaking down during Brexit crisis. Homebuilders can t build fast enough; demand outpacing supply. Bullish channel building since June 1. Support at $13.95 roughly equal to -10% Loss Target.

7 Chemours (NYSE:CC) July 1 Price: $8.48 Millionaire Blueprint Stock Selection A completely bogus short attack on Chemours allows us to re-enter this big April winner for a dollar per share less than our exit price. The short case has Chemours worthless, given huge potential liabilities that the company was saddled with after its spin-off from Dupont. The company aggressively defended itself helping stabilize shares. Earnings and a low valuation make us a quick buck here. Chart Notes: Holding support in mid-$8s. Stochastic, Relative Strength both confirming new lows. Bullish Engulfing candlestick on Friday, July 1. Technical price resistance at $9.50 represents potential 11.7% gain from current price.

From a rational standpoint, none of the selling makes sense. The aging demographic across the globe will likely fuel strong earnings growth in the cruise space for many years. This is a stock we can trade time and time again. Look for a nice rebound in July during the risk-on trade. Chart Notes: Matched 6-month low on daily chart. High in the 54s, trading in 41s. 50% move toward high yields a price around $48 and potential gain of 17%. 7% gap on chart between current price and $44 (recent support).

9 Millionaire Blueprint Stock Selection ProShares UltraShort S&P 500 (NYSE:SDS) July 1 Price: $17.73 I don t expect weakness in July, but one never knows. We are back at the top of the historical range. Previous attempts at a breakout have failed; we may be looking at a repeat performance. If so, we can make a few percentage points on SDS. Any selling should be shallow thus, to the extent we have profits here, we will likely lock them in in the 4-8% range before the end of the month as the bias is now to the upside.
