Activities are being implemented in all components and in all the targeted areas of the Nyika Transfrontier Conservation Area (NTFCA), including the new "Chama Block" in Zambia. After delays, key activities seeking to ensure sustainable financing of the NTFCA have now begun. Progress is delayed on defining protocols for collecting reliable monitoring data and on an update of the Project Implementation Manual. In November 2014 a Mid-term Review will be carried out, jointly with the Royal Norwegian Embassy of Norway the project's key-financier. Page 1 of 8
