The activity assigned to the consultants was the preparation of the first EITI report, covering The report has been elaborated and delivered by the consultant on May 22nd of /16/2015 Page 1 of 5

2 and a draft report has been shared with the International Secretariat for their review and comments. The report has been adjusted and a final version has been sent to the Oslo Secretariat. Participation of two EITI MSG members has been funded through the grant for the III Conferencia Regional del EITI en las Américas (22-24 de junio, Lima, Perú) : Under component 5 of the Operations annual plan of the EITI-Honduras, the grant supported the participation of a Civil Society member on the one hand, and a government official member on the other hand, both of them active members of the EITI MSG at the III Conferencia Regional del EITI en las Américas during of June in the city of Lima, Perú. The expenditures supported included travel tickets, hotel and per diem. Local consultant for National Secretariat operational support: The EITI MSG decided to hire a local consultant to help coordinate day to day activities on June 19th for a total of 90 working days, activity to be funded out of the component 1 Operational support of the grant budget. Other on-going activities Dissemination stage of the EITI-Honduras Report Communications strategy for EITI Honduras Selection and hiring of the Independent Administrator for the Second EITI Report 2014 Capacity building and training support to the EITI MSG members, especially civil society members.
