5 2018 BENEFITS UPDATE NO CHANGE For January 1, 2018 there is no change to the current pension scheme Pension will remain with Great West Life The basic employer and matching contributions will remain unchanged

12 FLEX DOLLARS & PRICE TAGS Flex dollars Your benefits currency, provided by Schlumberger Work like real dollars, only you don t pay tax on them You use them to pay for your health and dental benefits Price tags Each benefit has a cost and it s reflected in the price tag The price tags represent the premium cost of each benefit 12

13 FLEX DOLLARS The dollars are based on eligible compensation and the cost of the benefit Flex dollars are pooled together Filter down in the order as listed on the chart. 14 HOW SCHLUMBERGER FLEX WORKS You have a variety of benefits to choose from Schlumberger gives you flex dollars to help pay for your health and dental coverage Each benefit has different options with different price tags If you have leftover flex dollars, you can deposit them into your Health Care Spending Account or your Wellness Account What you don t pay for with flex dollars, you can cover with payroll deductions

15 HEALTH CARE SPENDING ACCOUNT HCSA Health Care Spending Account If you have leftover flex dollars after you ve chosen your health and dental benefits For health and dental expenses not covered by the Schlumberger plan Non-taxable Use it for: The remaining unpaid percentage for any health and dental expenses The dispensing fee Dental expenses for dentures and orthodontia not fully covered by the plan Adaptive devices for hearing- or sight-impaired individuals Any item listed as tax deductible under the Income Tax Act 15

Private 20 minute appt. to measure: Blood Pressure HDL & Total Cholesterol TC:HDL Ratio 10 Year Cardiovascular Risk A1C Height, Weight, BMI Waist Circumference Risk for Heart Disease High Blood Pressure Diabetes Biometrics are optional and confidential and will be completed by a registered nurse from the health team. On-site events will be held from Oct 2017 Spring of 2018.
