5 Flex Benefit Plan Flex Points Each flex plan option has a price tag - cost you need to pay for the chosen option. Management contributes a fixed number of points to each employees flex account at the start of the benefit year. i.e., 15,000 Point conversion: 1 Flex point = Re. 1 You can buy the insurance cover of your choice from the list of options by allocating these points. You should allocate only unused Flex points towards other reimbursement benefits after selecting appropriate insurance cover for you & your family. If the benefit choices cost more than allocated points, additional amount would be deducted from the employee salary. Flex points 15,000 Salary Deductions = Flex Options

6 Flex Benefit Plan Tax Impact Your Contribution: Any Over Purchase (more than flex points allocated) will be deducted from your post-tax salary and they are subject to tax exemption as per Income Tax rules: Medical: Self, Spouse, Children & Parents under section 80D Life: Section 80C Critical Illness: Section 80C Details of all your contributions will be sent to Payroll / Finance Form 16 will be updated accordingly to reflect the above-mentioned tax deduction. Left over points: If you do not spend your full Flex points on your benefit choices, the balance of your Flex points will be paid to you as taxable salary.

7 Enrolment Points to Remember Enrolment Period Open Close Plan Effective Date June 19 July 7 July 1 Do I need to Enrol? You must actively Enrol to avail the advantage of Flexible Benefits program. In case you do not enrol, your last selection will continue for another year. Important points to remember before you begin Check the accuracy of your personal information in BenefitsAsia Report any inaccuracies to your HR and Marsh hb.admin@marsh.com Make sure dependents are selected under each plan as required Review your enrolment statement to make sure benefit choices are as per your needs Selection can be made multiple times during open window. Selection effective on last day of enrolment will be considered Write to hb.admin@marsh.com, if you need any support

8 How to enroll Login Details: Existing employees can use their current username & password. New Employees will receive their access details (Username & Password) via from BenefitsAsia at the start of the enrollment period. Steps to Enroll Online 1. To enroll via the BenefitsAsia Web site, simply click on BenefitsAsia 2. Enter your Employee ID and Password (the first screen on the BenefitsAsia Web site will prompt you to do this) 3. Click Login to go to the Microsoft Flexible Benefits home page 4. First time users - Read and Agree to Terms of Service 5. Verify your Personal and Dependents information. Add dependents if required through My Profile -> Dependent Profile Menu option 6. Have better understanding of the benefits by going through Product guides / other Reference materials 7. Click on Start Enrollment to complete your enrollment. Write to hb.admin@marsh.com, if you need any support
