All guests are offered an option of re-booking one-time at our said fee of $500 if an act of god occurs assuming change in itinerary or cancellation is received 10 Weeks prior to the arrival date during low season and 12 Weeks prior to the arrival date during high season and Christmas/ New Years Season. 3. Travel Exploration is not responsible for the room size of your accommodations unless you pay a premium to upgrade or request a particular room given the limitations of Riads in Morocco. Living for a few days in the heart of a medina is an experience that will stay with you for the rest of your life. We select the very best Riads so that our clients might have a truly exceptional experience. Each room is different; your room will not be identical to that of other guests. Because rooms surround a courtyard, quite often they are very shallow in depth and they are quite often dark. There are generally no elevators unless you request a property with an elevator and stairs can be steep. Let us know if you would prefer a room on the ground floor. The word suite is often used with creative license in Morocco. Suites often indicate a room that is more spacious than a standard room, usually with small living area, more along the lines of a junior suite. Management and service are more casual and laid-back than a five-star resort. Room service may not be available. The full Moroccan experience a riad offers may exclude a TV and telephone in your room. Breakfasts continental. Yet the rewards are immense. 3

4 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: 1. Travel Exploration retains no responsibility for cancellations that occur as a result of guest situations ranging from flights, acts of god and other personal reasons. Any acts of god that occur during guests travel in Morocco are not the responsibility of Travel Exploration. 2. As a guest of Travel Exploration you agree to indemnify the company. 3. As a guest of Travel Exploration you agree to indemnify its Director, Alecia Cohen. 4. Travel Exploration highly recommends and requests the purchase of Travel Insurance for all of our clients. You travel at your own risk without travel insurance % Non-refundable deposit on all Excursions and Tours 6. 50% Refund Offered 90 Days in Advance of Tour (Valid Cancellation Applies + Fees) 7. Special Fees Apply During High Season / Christmas/ New Years. Each cancellation is handled respectfully however guests are required to pay the cancellation fee and any and all rebooking fees at accommodations that would be supplied at the time of cancellation. 8. No refunds accepted for cancellation 59 Days or less in Advance of Excursions or Tours. 9. Travel Exploration accepts no responsibility for guests who chose to eat street food or uncooked food and not follow our suggested guidelines for optimum health during travel. 10. Travel Exploration does not take responsibility for flight changes or cancellations made by airlines. Should additional airport transfers be necessary, changes in accommodations and historical guides, any fees incurred will be passed along to you, our guest. 11. Travel Exploration is not liable for political acts that occur during your travel. We guarantee a safe and comfortable journey that recognizes all State Department travel requests and Ambassador alerts. Morocco is not on the travel warning list or state department list of countries that Americans should not be visiting. 12. Travel Exploration has a $500 fee for all re bookings that applies. If your flights are not firm or change and this results in our agency having to rebooked or change more then 1 accommodation as a result of dates etc then this fee fully applies. TRAVEL EXPLORATION INFORMATION: Clients who reside outside of the US: Payment is accepted by wire transfer only. Please ask your travel consultant for account details. Driving times: Please note that all driving times are for the driving times only. You must add any time for breaks along the road or for unanticipated delays. Insurance: We require that all travelers purchase a comprehensive travel package, including trip cancellation protection and emergency medical evacuation. We suggest Travel Guard and Travelers USA based companies. 4

I understand that a boutique riad and hotel is not at all similar to Western accommodations and that I ve read the stated information below with an understanding of what my stay at a boutique riad or hotel will offer. 14. A great number of riads have opened in recent years. There are many with which we will not work; we select the very best so that our clients might have a truly exceptional experience.
