PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The first 2 days in Cusco are dedicated to aclimated the body to the high altitude. Throughout the trip there is no hard trekking. Although there are a lot of steps in some sites and lots of walking in high altitude, we walk slow and take our time. We don t rush, 1

2 as we want you to experience the magic of each place. If you suffer from a medical condition this must be reported in writing in the Registration Form. Yoga and Meditation are optional. CANCELLATIONS Cancelations received in writing 60 days before tour begins will be charged a fee of 30% of Cancellations received in writing 45 days before tour begins will be charged a fee of 40% of Cancellations received in writing 25 days before tour begins will be charged a fee of 50% of NO REFUND will be given once tour dates begin. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend that you purchase a Travel Insurance in the event that you must cancel your participation in a travel program due to illness or accident, and recover damaged or lost luggage. 3 RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT ASSUMPTION OF RISK I,, acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied for the trip / tour designated as Perú Pilgrimage. I understand that during this trip I may travel to remote areas and I am prepared to assume the risks associated with this excursion. I also assume risks associated with altitude, illness, disease, physical exertion, and alcohol consumption, knowing that access to evacuation and/or suitable medical supplies and support may not be available. By signing this document, I agree to take full responsibility for my own actions, safety and welfare. I also understand that I will be a member of a group and will conduct myself in a way that will not endanger the group or myself. I understand that if I misrepresent myself as fit for this trip I may be removed prior to or during the trip at my own expense. LIABILITY WAIVER I,, hereby release and discharge María del Rosario (Charo) Evangelista, and its agents and employees from and against any and all liability arising from my participation in the trip Perú Pilgrimage. I agree that this release will be legally binding upon myself, my heirs, successors, assigns and legal representatives; it being my intention to fully assume all risk of travel and to release María del Rosario (Charo) Evangelista from any and all liabilities to the maximum permitted by law. RESPONSABILITIES María del Rosario (Charo) Evangelista acts only as an agent for the suppliers and contractors providing air or other transportation, hotels and sightseeing activities; and asumes no responsability, however caused, for your personal injury, or personal property loss or damaged in connection with any service. For any circumstances arising as a result of weather, acts of God, or any other circumstances over which María del Rosario (Charo) Evangelista has no control, she shall not be liable to you. María del Rosario reserves the right to alter, change, or omit any part of the itinerary, reservation, conveyance, or routing at any time without notice, where necessary or deemed advisable for your comfort and well-being.
