2 National Flood Determination Association ABOUT US WHO WE ARE The National Flood Determination Association, a non-profit trade association, was founded more than 0 years ago by flood determination companies to promote the common interests of stakeholders involved with flood risk information and to support the success of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) through education and the establishment of industry standards. Because flood determination data derived from FEMA s Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) drives numerous decisions and processes for lenders, insurers, homeowners, realtors, appraisers, engineers, builders, surveyors and state/local officials, and that NFDA members make up the largest collective group of users of the FIRMs, NFDA has been in a unique position to understand the broad impact of flood hazard data across the many flood industry stakeholders. 11 Sponsorship EXHIBITOR PROMOTE YOUR ORGANIZATION! The NFDA is offering exhibitor space at a cost of $500 per booth. Exhibitors will be provided with a 6-ft. skirted table to showcase company materials for brand promotion. Acceptable booths include table top, banner stands or similar displays, and company collateral. We can accommodate space for six exhibitors, who will be invited to set up inside the meeting room. Exhibit space is limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis. Internet and electric connections are not included in the exhibitor fee and are the responsibility of the exhibitor. * Note that a company does not have to be a sponsor to purchase exhibitor space. 12 NFDA Annual Conference SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINES NFDA Sponsorship Guidelines All sponsorship opportunities are first-come, first-served with no priority given to particular organizations. All sponsors will receive equitable exposure to meeting registrants via the NFDA website, newsletter, conference program materals, signage at the sponsored event, etc. Each sponsorship in excess of $3000 (single or cumulative) will qualify the sponsor organization for two registrations at no cost. * Raffle Contributors and Exhibitors do not qualify for this reduced rate. All sponsors will be invoiced prior to the conference and payment must be received by March 10. All sponsors can display organization information on designated tables inside the conference room.
