This certificate must be dated, signed and authenticated by the doctor, whether or not the latter is established in the national territory. If the doctor is a foreigner, the medical certificate must be written in French, English, Spanish, German, Italian or Portuguese. A translation into French must be attached to the medical certificates drawn up in English, Spanish, German, Italian or Portuguese. The ORGANIZER declines all responsibility in the event of an accident in this type of situation and will definitively exclude the competitor who has given up his bib and the competitor by making use of it during the EVENT as soon as he is aware of it. ARTICLE 4 COLLECTING YOUR EXPLORER PACKAGE The Explorer packages (including bibs, frame numbers and gifts) are to be collected on board the Danielle Casanova (hereafter referred to as the "NAVIRE") on Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 4:00 p. m., moored at Marseille at a wharf whose exact address will be communicated to the PARTICIPANTS before June 1,2018. 4 - A hydration system (2 (two) cans or sacks of hydration); - A bike repair toolkit, and a mini pump; - Gears adapted to the moutain roads and to the level of the PARTICIPANT. To ensure the safety of PARTICIPANTS, it is strictly forbidden to participate in the Event with: - A bicycle equipped with any element of extension (like "triathlete handlebars" ); - Bottles and cans made of non-deformable materials (glass, aluminium etc...) - An electric bike or bike with electric pedalling assistance; - A recumbent bicycle (on the stomach or on the back); - A bike not certified by the FFC. Only one pair of wheels per bicycle is allowed. ARTICLE 6 TIMING The electronic detection system is selected according to strict reliability criteria. Despite the tests carried out by the manufacturers, there is still a very small percentage of non-detection. The absence of data resulting from this non-detection will not allow the ORGANIZER to include the official or actual time of the competitor concerned in the ranking. The ORGANIZER shall not be held responsible for this. Timing will be carried out with an electronic detection system. All PARTICIPANTS will be given an electronic chip when removing their Explorer Package, stuck to the back of their frame number. This chip, detected by the different antennas arranged on the course, on the timed segments, allows a control of regularity of race, the recording of results and the establishment of classifications of the EVENT, for each of the 3 STAGES. In order to facilitate operations, each PARTICIPANT has the obligation to carry its bib in the back, the chronometer chip must not be damaged and its frame number mut be set on the front of its handlebars. They must not be modified, altered or cut in any way. A PARTICIPANT who does not take the itinerary delimited by the ORGANIZER, by human and/or material means or who crosses the finish line without his "chiped" bib cannot be classified at the end. At the end of each STAGE, several classifications will be established, and will lead to awards: - Yellow jersey: men's and women's general classification (addition of all segments of the STAGE) - Green jersey: men's and women's rollers classification (addition of the rouleur segments of the STAGE) - Polka dots jersey: men's and women's climbers classification (addition of the mountain segments of the STAGE) - Scratch classification: age category (men and women) (addition of all segments of the STAGE (19-29 years; years; years; years and 60 years and +) In accordance with the rules established by the FFC, each PARTICIPANT will be placed in a category according to their age on December 31,2018. The results will be available on the official website of the EVENT 4 / 13

ARTICLE 7 SECURITY AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE Security : The introduction of any objects on the EVENT site that are likely to be dangerous or illegal, in particular drugs, firearms, blunt objects and explosive materials, is strictly prohibited. In order to access the site and participate in the EVENT, the PARTICIPANT acknowledges and expressly accepts that the ORGANIZER may call upon security personnel who will be empowered to control both persons and their personal belongings. Any person wishing to access the site agrees to submit to this control. In case of refusal, the person will not be allowed to access the site. The ORGANIZER and the security personnel shall be entitled to refuse access to the EVENT or the continuation of the race to PARTICIPANTS whose behaviour is likely to disrupt the smooth running of the EVENT, in particular and without limitation: introduction of any object which could potentially interfere in any way with the progress of the race, circulation and/or safety of the other PARTICIPANTS ; introduction of any distinctive sign promoting, in any form whatsoever, a political, philosophical or religious opinion likely to damage the image of the EVENT. The ORGANIZER will implement a set of measures to secure the course: signposting, motorcycle flags marking dangerous areas, signs indicating passages requiring special attention. The most dangerous points of the course will also be referenced and communicated on the individual roadbook and during the briefings, the day before the STAGES. The PARTICIPANTS undertake to respect safety instructions given by the ORGANIZER and its volunteers throughout the EVENT. A fictitious start (hereinafter, the "FICTIVE START") is given at the beginning of each STAGE, during which the PARTICIPANTS move in a neutralized convoy until the official start of the stage, called the actual start (hereinafter, the "REAL START"). The race safety device will start operating at the REAL START of each STAGE and end at the real finish line of each STAGE. The FICTIVE START will be given in a neutralized convoy from the harbour to the REAL START with a framed pace. Evryone must then under all circumstances remain behind the opening vehicle and circulate on the right-hand side of the roadway. The REAL START will be "launched", unless otherwise decided by the Race Direction, for mechanical problems during the neutralized game in particular. The return between the end of the timed portion and the port will be marked. All the STAGES will take place on a road open to traffic. PARTICIPANTS will therefore be subject to compliance with the Highway Traffic Act on all courses, including timed sections. The specific uses, dangers and risks specific to certain STAGES will be presented during the departure briefing of the STAGES concerned. 5 / 13

In order to ensure an optimal level of safety, the ORGANIZER reserves the right to limit the speed in some descents identified as dangerous. Medical Assistance : Explore Corsica's medical service is composed of emergency doctors, nurses, certified first-aid attendants, ambulances in a number complying with the regulations and with the characteristics of the EVENT and the STAGES. For medical reasons, the ORGANIZER may unilaterally decide to temporarily or permanently withdraw a PARTICIPANT from the race. A medical emergency number will be set up on the event. ARTICLE 8 TECHNICAL AND PERSONAL ASSISTANCE Any form of personal assistance, except between PARTICIPANTS, is strictly forbidden on the itinerary of the STAGES. Each PARTICIPANT is obliged to always be in possession of repair equipment (especially in case of a puncture). A repair shop and bicycle shop will be on board the NAVIRE. The ORGANIZATION and its partners will implement various measures enabling PARTICIPANTS to repair certain mechanical breakdowns directly on the course of events. ARTICLE 9 WITHDRAWALS AND TIME BARRIERS Except in case of injury, if a PARTICIPANT wishes to give up, he must, as far as possible, give up at the repatriation points set up by the ORGANIZER (supply zones). He must then meet the postmaster, who will invalidate his bib for the current stage. Means of repatriation of PARTICIPANTS and bicycles will be set up in each of these zones. Withdrawing on a stage implies downgrading the PARTICIPANT within the general classification of the event. He will be allowed to start the following stages and will appear in the classification of each completed stage. In order to ensure the safety of PARTICIPANTS, it is essential that they do not exceed the end of the race time schedule. Two arrangements will be put in place: - Fixed devices: repatriation points Time limits on repatriation points will be determined, communicated to PARTICIPANTS (via the event website, social networks, as well as the race briefing) and set up. These time barriers will correspond to the times at which it will no longer be possible to leave the designated location. If the competitor does not start from the repatriation points before the defined time, the competitor will be put out of the race and will not appear in the general classification of the event. Means of repatriation of PARTICIPANTS and bicycles will be set up in each of these zones. 6 / 13

- Mobile device: end-of-r ace vehicle The end-of-race device, composed of at least one sweeper car, will only take care of PARTICIPANTS who are victims of falls, mechanical breakage or physical failures and who could not reach the repatriation points by their own means. The PARTICIPANT supported by this mobile device will be put out of the race for the stage in progress and will be removed from the general classification of the event. The medical service, composed of doctors and first-aid attendants, may decide to take a competitor out of the race for medical reasons. Any PARTICIPANT eliminated from the stage who decides to continue on the course does so under his own responsibility, independently, and must, as such, fully comply with the Highway Code. The locations and times of the repatriation points will be communicated to the PARTICIPANTS before the race (newsletters, website, social networks) and during the race briefing. ARTICLE 10 MODICATION POSTPONING CANCELLATION The ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify at any time the itinerary, the timing points and the distance to be covered, to postpone the date and/or times of the EVENT. If the EVENT is to be cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the ORGANIZER, the ORGANIZER shall propose, depending on the circumstances, compensation such as substitution by another EVENT organised by the ORGANIZER, postponement of the EVENT or refund of the competitor's bib price (reduced, where applicable, of the file fees), excluding any other sum. ARTICLE 11 FIGHT AGAINST DOPING The Event is a race organised under the authority of the F.F.C., and as a result, anti-doping tests may be set up. Participants undertake to strictly respect the ban on doping as well as the provisions concerning anti-doping tests, arising from the laws and regulations in force, in particular Articles L et seq. of the French Code du Sport (Sports Code). ARTICLE 12 RESPECTING THE ENVIRONMENT In order to respect the environment and the natural surroundings in which the event takes place, it is strictly forbidden to leave litter (paper, plastic wrappers, tubes containing energy gels, etc.) on the route. Bins will be provided and collection areas will be installed and indicated at each feeding station on the route. PARTICIPANTS must make use of them when 7 / 13

disposing of waste. PARTICIPANTS must hold onto their litter and wrappers and wait until they reach the places set up by the ORGANIZER to dispose of them. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to exclude PARTICIPANTS from the race who deliberately dispose of their waste elsewhere than in these specific areas. ARTICLE 13 INSURANCES Cycling in general and cycling competitions in particular represent a physical activity which involves risks. Each of the Event s Participants must enter the race knowing that they will ride on mountainous terrain with steep climbs and rapid descents. Civil liability insurance In accordance with current legislation, the Organiser has taken out insurance covering the financial consequences of its civil liability, that of its officials and that of all the PARTICIPANTS in the EVENT. As for the civil liability of the PARTICIPANTS themselves, the afore-mentioned insurance policy will only cover accidents caused by PARTICIPANTS during the sporting event. Moreover, this cover will take effect in addition to other insurance which they might have or if they do not have any insurance at all. A copy of the insurance policy is available to all Participants upon request. Individual accident All PARTICIPANTS in the event, be they holders of a sporting federation licence or not, may take out insurance by post or, at the latest, when they collect their race numbers. This policy will pay out a sum in the event of physical injury (death or permanent disability) as a result of an accident which has occurred on the event route. Compensation, according to the damages, will be paid if the insured person has an accident while participating in the Event. THIS INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL BUT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. It can be taken out in addition to or or instead of any similar insurance cover and, in particular, any cover provided by a sports licence. Cancellation Insurance The ORGANIZER proposes to the PARTICIPANTS to subscribe to a cancellation insurance, the purpose of which is to guarantee to the insured the reimbursement of his registration fees for the stay when he has been obliged to cancel his participation due to one of the events indicated in the notice available on the EVENT website Multirisks Insurance The ORGANIZER offers PARTICIPANTS a Multirisks Insurance to cover the insured: 8 / 13

- Reimbursement of the registration fees for the stay if he/she has been obliged to cancel his/her participation due to one of the events indicated in the notice; - assistance in the event of illness or accident during your stay (details of benefits and exclusions in the package leaflet); - payment of compensation in the event of an accident occurring during the stay (individual Accidents coverage); - the pecuniary consequences of the civil liability which may be incumbent on it because of damage caused to third parties. The information leaflet and the membership form are available on the EVENT website Material damage insurance The ORGANIZER declines all responsbility in the event of damage (loss, theft, breakage, degradation...) caused to the PARTICIPANTS' personal belongings, even if the ORGANIZER have custody of them, during the entire duration of the EVENT (cabins, bike and car park, workshop area, transfer shuttles, common premises, course, village...). It is therefore to PARTICIPANTS to choose, if they deem it necessary, to subscribe to property damage insurance with the insurer of their choice.
