1 General Information ARRIVALS- the farm is open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. You are welcome to arrive during those hours starting Tuesday, September 25th. If you need to make other arrangements, please contact Shandy Davies. Due to the Welcome Dinner on Tuesday evening, we ask that you plan to arrive no later than 3:00 p.m., on September 25 th. If you have opted to rent a stall, upon arrival, please contact Shandy Davies at (801) to receive your Bay # & Stall Assignment STALLING- stalls will be assigned prior to the inspection. All stalls are 10 X 12 box stalls. Stall fronts and/or sides may be left off for tack stalls or feed stalls by notifying Shandy prior to your arrival. Please only use the number of stalls you have paid for; participants may have been assigned the empty stalls in your aisle and all others will be locked. DEPARTURES- participants may leave following the completion, please ensure your stalls are clean and all unwanted garbage has been disposed of. Garbage cans will be place in each stall for your convenience. PARKING- participants will each be assigned a bay# to park your trailers, please make you re you park in your designated assigned area. ACCOMMODATIONS- a listing of the local motels and campgrounds is included in this packet. CAMPERS- campers, trucks and trailers are allowed and you will have an RV hook-up outside your assigned bay. Quiet generator use is permitted. GOLF CARTS & GATORS- personal golf carts and gators are permitted on the property, but you must provide proof of insurance at check-in and Young Living will provide a tag for your golf cart. FRIESIAN KEURING OFFICE- the Keuring office will be located inside the Show Barn. Check-in will be Tuesday, September 25 th. LIABILITY WAIVER- liability Waivers will be included in each Participants Packet. A completed Liability Waiver is required for every participant and every member of the participant s crew over the age of 18. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY- by participating in the Keuring Inspection at the Young Living Farm, you accept full responsibility for any injuries received. Neither Young Living Farm, Young Living, its owners nor employees will be held responsible for any accidents or damages incurred. Please exercise caution.
2 ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR- abuse of animals in any form will not be allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate disqualification with no recourse. Additionally, Young Living does not condone nor tolerate verbal, physical or unsportsmanlike conduct towards its staff, attendees, competitors, judges or to the event. SMOKING & ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES- no smoking, alcoholic beverages fireworks or open flame fire pits are permitted while on the property. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO NOTICE- be aware that Young Living will be taking photographs and videos at this event. By entering this area, you consent to Young Living and its licensees and assignees using your name, likeness and/or voice without compensation, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, through the world in perpetuity, and you release Young Living, its successors, assignees, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. BARN MAINTENANCE- participants are requested to maintain their area during the inspection. Trash and litter must be cleared and disposed of before leaving the farm. Garbage receptacles will be placed throughout the farm for your convenience. Any accidents or property damage must be reported to Shandy Davies immediately. VETERINARIANS- Dr. Mark Walburger of Arrowhead Large Animal Veterinary Clinic ( will be on call (and often on site) during the show to assist with any veterinary emergencies. Phone: HAY & SHAVINGS- Hay and shavings will be available for purchase. To facilitate your arrival, please specify on your entry form the number of bags of shavings that you will need for the event. PARTICIPANT BADGES- everyone must display a Participant badge at all times. Participant badges provide access to the park as well as the Welcome dinner, breakfast and lunch WELCOME DINNER- The Welcome Dinner will be Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m. in the upper level of the Percheron Show Barn. A Participants Badge is required for entry for all attendees. PARTICIPANTS HOSPITALITY SUITE-The hospitality suite will be open from 7:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. for a continental breakfast and 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch. You must show your Participants badge to enter in this area. PETS- dogs are allowed on park grounds, but must remain on a leash while in the park, and owners will be responsible to retain control at all times. Dog stations are provided throughout the park for your convenience.

7 YOUNG LIVING ESSENTIAL OILS, LC ( Young Living ) 2018 KEURING INSPECTION ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNIFICATION AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT The undersigned Owner and/or Exhibitor of the horse(s) ( Participant ), personally and/or on behalf of the individual(s) listed below, represents and agrees as follows: 1. Participant is either over the age of 18 personally and/or is over the age of 18 and is signing on behalf of minor Participants under the age of 18 for whom they are the parent or legal guardian. 2. This Assumption of Risk, Indemnification and Waiver of Liability ( Agreement ) covers and applies to all events and/or activities engaged in by Participant while on property owned, leased, or rented by Young Living during the 2018 Keuring Inspection (the Event ). 3. PARTICIPANT AKNOWLEDGES THAT PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT IS AT PARTICIPANT S OWN RISK. Participant is aware that risks and dangers are inherent in participating in the Event and that unanticipated and unexpected dangers and risks may arise during the Event, including but not limited bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death. Participant has not relied, and will not rely, on any statements or representations from Young Living, its agents, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, volunteers, or representatives regarding the condition or safety of the Event or any equipment or facilities provided by Young Living. Participant understands the nature of the Event and represents that he/she is qualified to participate in the Event by virtue of his/her experience and capabilities. Participant acknowledges that it shall be his/her sole responsibility to inform and educate himself/herself and each of the individuals on whom behalf Participant is executing this document in advance about any safety rules associated with the Event. Participant is hereby instructed that if at any time during the Event he/she or any of the individuals on behalf of Participant is executing this document incurs any danger or believe they are in danger, the individual will terminate his/her participation in the Event immediately. 4. Despite the inherent risks and dangers, Participant, solely accepts and assumes all such risks and dangers, both known and unknown, associated with his/her participation in the Event. Participant, his/her heirs, agents, executor, administrators, and assigns hereby agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and release Young Living, its affiliates, insurers, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, members, managers, officers, directors from and against all claims, losses, injuries, damages, real or personal property damage, expenses and liabilities of every kind. The duty to indemnify includes the obligation to defend and pay reasonable costs and attorneys fees incurred to defend against such liability. 5. Participant represents that he/she, and/or the individuals listed below, has sufficient health, accident and liability insurance to cover any bodily injuries or property loss to him/her personally or which they may cause to others. Participant agrees to deal directly with Participant s own insurance carrier and not Young Living on any claim. If there is no such insurance, Participant certifies that he/she is capable of personally paying for any and all such expenses or liability. 6. Participant acknowledges that at no time shall Young Living, its employees, agents, representatives and/or volunteers take care, custody or control of any of the horse(s), and/or personal property of Participant. At all times Participant, its employees, associates and/or agents will have full control, custody, and will care, feed and keep safe its horse(s), and/or personal property, all in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of Young Living and this Agreement. Participant represents that the horse(s) on the attached 2018 Keuring Inspection Participation Declaration is in good health, eating normally and has not shown signs of infection disease for at least three (14) days preceding arrival at the Event.

Participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she will be solely responsible and shall pay for any damage(s) to property, facilities or equipment owned, leased, or rented by Young Living, caused by Participant, its employees, associates and/or agents for all activities of Participant while on property owned, leased, or rented by Young Living during the Event. 8. By participating in the Event, Participant consents to allow his/her photograph, video or likeness to be taken and published on any of Young Living s websites, brochures, films, or other media at Young Living s discretion. Participant acknowledges that he/she will not be paid for the usage of his/her photograph, and Participant waives any rights of privacy or publicity to which he/her might otherwise be responsible. By signing below, Participant agrees that he/she shall have no right (including, without limitation, copyright), title or interest in or to any work or publication or any material included pursuant to this Agreement. Nothing herein will constitute any obligation on the part of Young Living to make any use of any of the rights set forth herein. 9. This Assumption of Risk, Indemnification and Waiver of Liability Agreement shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under Utah law.
