END of TRAIL is an event hosted by the held at Founders Ranch, New Mexico. END of TRAIL is the Nation s oldest and largest competition and Wild West festival drawing close to 1000 competitors and event participants from around the world. This prestigious event is widely regarded as one of the premiere shooting competitions of the past decade. END of TRAIL represents an unrivaled opportunity to offer your products and services to a uniquely diverse and targeted audience. Cowboy Action Shooting and END of TRAIL attracts shooters, outdoorsmen, participant spectators, family, friends, and fans that participate both actively and vicariously through costuming and in the competition. Many save all year long in order to spend money with the vendors at END of TRAIL. END of TRAIL also opens for public admission for 3 days during the 10 day event. Public spectators attend to shop the vendors, enjoy the entertainment provided, and watch the shooting competition. Public attendance numbers reach an average of 5000 annually. The Demographics Your Audience competitors, their families, friends, and fans represent a very diverse, upscale audience with a large discretionary spending capability. 2 END of TRAIL 2019 Exhibitor Information The Logistics END of TRAIL is a 10 day event, to be held June 13-23, The venue is Founders Ranch, SASS World Premiere facility located 25 miles east of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The 10 day shooting and event schedule summarized is as follows: Thursday, June 13 Friday, June 14 Saturday, June 15 Sunday, June 16 Registration & Warm Up Matches Side Matches Monday, June 17 Tuesday, June 18 Wednesday, June 19 Thursday, June 20 Side Match Day/Opening Warm Up Matches Ceremonies & Cowboy Action Shooting Warm Up Matches Friday, June 21 Saturday, June 22 Sunday, June 23 See ya all next year! Top Gun Shoot-off Showcase END of TRAIL Closed & Awards Ceremony Exhibitors may begin setting up as early as Tuesday, June 11. All Exhibitors must be moved in and complete setup absolutely no later than sundown on Monday, June 17. Event hours for the public are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with evening activities for registered participants that includes live entertainment and activities. Please refer to the Exhibitor Information document for important details for exhibitors. 2

3 END of TRAIL 2019 Exhibitor Information 3 Exhibitor Information Exhibitor Registration At least one representative must be a SASS member to exhibit at END of TRAIL. END of TRAIL is open to exhibitors offering a wide variety of merchandise and services. Previous END of TRAIL exhibitors have priority for acceptance only if application and deposit are received prior to April 1, Registration will close when all spaces are sold. SASS reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Sales Tax Permit SASS will supply your company s information to the State of New Mexico Special Events Tax Examiner s office prior to END of TRAIL. Included in your Exhibitor packet upon arrival are the required forms you must complete and return to their office at the close of the event. It is your obligation to complete and return the appropriate forms. If you need more information, contact the New Mexico Special Events Tax Examiner at Temporary Business License Exhibitors are required to obtain a temporary business license through Torrance County. You may request an application by calling There is an $8.75 fee. Security 24 hour security is included in your Exhibitor fees Security is strictly enforced. All participants and exhibitors are required to wear issued credentials to access the event. Be sure to secure credentials for additional staff in advance to prevent any conflicts. Space Reservation & Deposit A deposit of $100 will hold your space. Full payment is due and payable no later than June 1, 2019 or space and deposit is forfeited. Booth Information Booths are covered tent style with enclosed back and sides with front panel. Booths less than 20x20 come complete with one 6 table, 2 chairs, and 2 exhibitor credentials. Booths 20x20 and larger come complete with 2 6 tables, 4 chairs, and 4 exhibitor credentials. Buffer Zone: Exhibitors must have approval of any displays or signage beyond 36 from the front of their booth. Trash pickup is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Booth sharing is acceptable provided each entity completes the required licensing. Self-Contained Exhibitors Self-contained exhibitors (have your own tent/trailer/ retail set up) are welcome at END of TRAIL. Tables and chairs are not included with self-contained set up. Parking and Camping Your exhibitor registration includes a parking pass for one vehicle. Additional parking passes may be purchased. Trailer parking is provided free of charge in the appropriate area. Please check with Event personnel for direction. All vehicles must be moved to the appropriate parking area after unloading. There is no driving or parking of vehicles within the Founders Ranch town during the event. Camping fees at Founders Ranch are $50 per event and are not included in your exhibit fee. Founders Ranch is a dry campground with no hookups available. RV services such as water and dumping may be purchased for schedule on-site, one day in advance. Electrical Electrical power is available on a first come, first served basis. No electrical power is available for camping. The cost for electricity (one 15amp outlet box) is $50 and must be selected and paid for on your registration form. Exhibiting Sponsors Sponsors of the event are given first priority for exhibitor set up. All other exhibitors will be given priority based upon the timely receipt of their space reservation and deposit. If you are interested in becoming an event sponsor, please contact Misty Miller (Misty Moonshine) at misty@sassnet.com or Miscellaneous Pets are allowed at END of TRAIL within the confines of the rented booth space only. If they become a problem, you will be asked to remove them. For licensing information on selling items with copyrighted END of TRAIL logos or SASS logos, please contact Amber Oakley at amber@sassnet.com or END of TRAIL secures the services of a professional PA announcer during the event. The announcer will be available to verbally help promote your booth during the event. It is your responsibility to provide one simple paragraph of text when you arrive at END of TRAIL.

Exhibitor agrees to wear eye protection when in sight of the shooting activity. Hearing protection is strongly recommended. The Exhibitor grants permission to SASS and other participating media to utilize Exhibitor s image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission for reproduction in whole or in part of this event and any advertisements and or promotional materials provided by SASS, it s sponsors or participants.
