2 ENTRY FEE SCHEDULE ENTRIES: Please use entry form that can be found at All entries must be postmarked by the closing date, or a late fee of $15 will be charged per entry. Show management may close entries early if the show is filled. Entries must be filled out completely, a $10 fee will apply to all incomplete entries. Make checks payable to The Dressage Corner. If competitors check is returned a $35 bank fee will be charged, for any account left unpaid no further checks will be accepted. ENTRY FEES PER CLASS All classes are $30 Entry changes after closing date $10 Incomplete entry fee $10 Late entries accepted if space is available, $15 fee FREESTYLE Freestyle music must be on compact disc, please give to show secretary upon check in or on show day. SCRATCHES AND CANCELLATIONS: It is the responsibility of the competitor to inform the show secretary of intention to scratch. Scratches before the closing date, will have fees refunded less the change fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. RIDE TIMES will be ed and posted on the Wednesday before the show date at It is the responsibility of the rider to call the show secretary if ride times cannot be found online. Riders should be prepared to ride at any time, as classes may need to be scheduled out of order. PLEASE SUBMIT A LEGIBLE ADDRESS. AWARDS: Ribbons 1st-5th, Prize to 1st. ARENAS & FOOTING: All tests will be ridden in a 20x60 meter Sand/Airfoot/Lightfoot arena. One warm-up arena, covered. Only competition horses in arenas during competition. PARKING: Plentiful and easy! STABLING: Limited day stalls,12x24 (no feed or bedding) $20/day. Overnight stalls with bedding, no feed supplied,$30/night. Send in stabling request with entry. VET AND FARRIER:On call, numbers posted in show office. LODGING: On grounds lodging for fully-contained vehicles $25/day, no hook-ups available. FOOD: Available throughout the show DOGS: Allowed on grounds but MUST be on a leash attached to a person or a fine of $50 will be assessed. DIRECTIONS TO THE DRESSAGE CORNER: Morgan Valley Rd, Lower Lake. From Santa Rosa: Hwy. 29 over Mt. St. Helena to the intersection of Hwys. 29 and 20 in Lower Lake, east through town for 1.5 miles. From Lake County: Hwy 29 to Lower Lake, 1.5 mi. out of town. IMPORTANT NOTE: HELMETS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN MOUNTED. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES AT ANYTIME. ALL entries must be completely filled in with all required information and signatures. INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE ENTRIES MAY BE CHARGED $10 PER CORRECTION, OR MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE SEND IN ONE ENTRY PER HORSE/RIDER FOR SHOW. ENTRIES ARE NOT COMPLETE UNTIL ALL OF THE ABOVE IS SATISFIED. SATURDAY BBQ: Hang out after the show and join Sue and The Dressage Corner gang for a BBQ, free to all, not just competitors. Here's your chance to get to know an "S" Judge and L Faculty member better! SUNDAY CLINIC: with Sue...work on your test or anything at all, open to all riders whether competing or not. First spots go to competitors, in order of reservation, up to closing date. After closing date, non-competitors will be able to fill the remaining spots in order of reservation. Cost is $135/ride.

Overnight stalls available with bedding & cleaning at $30/night, no feed supplied. Dogs are welcome if well-behaved and MUST be on a leash at all times. 4 THE DRESSAGE CORNER Release of Liability and Waiver This RELEASE of LIABILITY is made and entered into on this date:, by and between The Dressage Corner, Mackey Tire Centers, Inc., Marci McDaniel-Davis and Richard Davis, hereinafter designated MANAGERS, and (rider name) hereinafter designated RIDER, and if Rider is a minor, Rider s parent or guardian,. In return for the use, today and on all future dates, of the property, facilities and services of the Managers, the Rider, his/her heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, hereby expressly agree to the following: 1. It is the responsibility of the Rider to carry full and complete insurance coverage on his/her horse, personal property and him/herself. ( ) Initial 2. Rider agrees to assume ANY AND ALL RISKS INVOLVED IN OR ARISING FROM THE RIDER S USE OF OR PRESENCE UPON MANAGERS' PROPERTY AND FACILITIES including, without limitation but not limited to, the risks of death, bodily injury, property damage, falls, kicks, bites, collisions with vehicles, horses or stationary objects, fire or explosion, the unavailability of emergency medical care, or the negligence or deliberate act of another person. 3. Rider agrees to hold Manager and all of its successors, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents completely harmless and not liable and release them from all liability whatsoever and AGREES NOT TO SUE them on account of or in connection with any claims, causes of action, injuries, damages, cost or expenses arising out of Rider s use of or presence upon Manager s property and facilities, including without limitation, those based on death, bodily injury, property damage, including consequential damages, except if the damages are caused by the direct, willful and wanton negligence of the Manager. 4. Rider agrees to waive the protection afforded by any statute or law in any jurisdiction whose purpose, substance and/or effect is to provide that a general release shall not extend to claims, material or otherwise, which the person giving the release does not know or suspect to exist at the time of executing the release. 5. Rider agrees to indemnify and defend Manager against, and hold it harmless from, any and all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs or expenses, including attorney s fees, which in any way arise from the Rider s use of or presence upon the Manager s property and facilities. 6. Rider agrees to abide by all of Managers' rules and regulations. 7. If Rider is using his/her horse, the horse shall be free from infection, contagious or transmissible disease. Manager re-serves the right to refuse horse if not in proper health or is deemed dangerous or undesirable. 8. This contract is non-assignable and non-transferable and is made and entered into the State of California and shall be enforced and interpreted under the laws of this state. Should any clause be in conflict with State Law, then that clause is null and void. When the Manager and Rider and Rider s parent or guardian, if Rider is a minor, sign this contract, it will then be binding on both parties, subject to the above terms and conditions.

Rider authorizes the Managers to market, transfer, assign, or otherwise make use of any photographs, likenesses, films, broadcasts, cable casts, audiotapes, or videotapes taken of the horse(s) and participants while on the grounds, incident to, or in transit between the stabling facility and the event site, in any way they see fit, and hereby expressly and irrevocably waive and release any rights in connection with such use, including any claim to invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or to misappropriation. 10. Rider understands that an ATSM Certified helmet must be worn at all times that rider is mounted.
