However, mnor fabrcaton work requred as per specfc ste condtons, may be done at ste. n that case, Bank shall not be lable for provdng amentes requred for the same. As per request of few bdders present n the Pre-bd meetng, the last date of submsson of tender s extended tll 07/08/2015 upto 1500 Hrs. The Techncal part of the tender wll be opened on the same day,.e 1530 Hrs. No further request for extenson of tme shall be entertaned. You are advsed to consder the above ponts whle submttng the fnancal bds. The above shall be complementary n contents wth the exstng terms and condtons of the tender, except otherwse explctly superseded. Other terms and condtons of the tender shall reman unchanged. Ths addendum shall form part of the tender.e. contract agreement. The same shall be sealed and sgned as acceptance of those condtons wthout any modfcatons and submtted along wth the Tender bd. Nonacceptance of the Addendum by the Bdder or addng any other condton shall be treated as condtonal Tender and prce bd of the such Tenderers shall not be opened.
