4 !:SJ Terms & Condtons 2 Perod of engagement The engagement shall be ntally for a perod of Elx months whch may be extended!curtaled dependng upon the performance of the Consultant or functonal requrement of the Offce wth the approval of the Competent Authorty»No Extenson wll be granted beyond the age of 65 years 2 Selecton Procedure The engagement wll be purely on short term contract bass Applcaton receved n response to ths advertsement wll be shortlsted on the bass of experence and qualfcaton of applcants Consultants wll be selected from shortlsled canddates» AAR (T),NCR Bench reserves the rght to reject any applcaton wthout mentonng any reason ' 3 Remuneraton As per exstng norms Apart from consoldated monthly fee, no perqustes such as HRA, TA/DA, resdental accommodaton etc wll be provded 4 Scope of Dutes Durng the perod of such engagement, the Consultants would be requred to perform any work as assgned to them by the concerned Branch Heads n the AAR (T), NCR Bench, New Delh, n whch they would be posted to work as Consultant 5 t The Consultant would not be enttled to any knd of regular leave However, they would be enttled to leave of 8 days n a Calendar Year, to be calculated on pro-rata bass n specal crcumstances, the Consultant could be called for servces on holdays or beyond normal workng hours for whch no extra remuneraton wll be pad However, for attendng offce on Saturdays Sundays lather Gazetted holdays they may be gven compensatory off 6 TA/DA No TA/DA s admssble for jonng the assgnment or on ts completon Should they be requred to travel outsde Delh n connecton wth work of the AAR (T), NCR Bench, New Delh,durng the perod of ther appontment, they wll be enttled to draw TA/DA as per normal rules as applcable to any servng Offcer of an equvalent rank n AAR (T) NCR Bench 7 Offce tme and workng hours! Engagement of Consultant would be on jull tme bass Workng hours shall be from 930 am to 600 pm durng workng days ncludng half an hour lunch break n between They wll not be allowed to take any other assgnment durng the perod of contractual engagement The Consultants may be called on Saturday Sunday other Gazetted holdays, f requred

5 4-8 Tax deducton at Source ~ \ The ncome Tax or any other tax lable to be deducted, as per the prevalng rules wll be deducted at source before effectng the payment for whch the offce wll ssue TDS certfcate 9 Confdentalty of data and documents The ntellectual Property Rghts (PR) of the data colected as well as the delverables produced for the ouce shall reman wth ths offce No one shall utlze or publsh or dsclose or part wth, to a thrd party, any part of the data or statstcs or proceedngs or nformaton collected for the purpose of ths assgnment or durng the course of the assgnment for the offce, wthout the express wrtten consent of the offce The Consultant shall be bound to hand over the entre set, of records of assgnment to the offce before the expry of the contract, and before the fnal payment s released by the offce 0 Conflct of nterest The Consultant apponted by ths offce, shall n no case represent or gve opmlon or advce to others n any matter whch s adverse to the nterest of ths offce No Consultant would be permtted to t~e up any other assgnment durng the perod of Consultancy Termnaton of servce The engagement may be termnated at any tme by the offce wthout assgnng any reasons by gvng a notce of 07 days n case, a Consultant desres to leave the assgnment, he/she s to gve 07 days notce whch can be curtaled/ extended dependng upon the workload ~ n the event any Consultant s found unft on any account or f hel she f found gulty of any nsubordnaton/msconduct, hsl her servces can be termnated mmedately, wthout any notce,, 2 AAR (T), NCR Bench, New Delh, shall not be responsble for any loss, accdent, damage; njury suffered by the Consultant what so-ever arsng n or out of the executon of hs work ncludng travel 3 Gudelnes for the submsson of the applcaton The duly completed applcaton n prescrbed proforma should be submtted so as to reach ths offce wthn 30 days of ssue of the coverng letter Any applcaton receved after the specfed date wll not be entertaned The applcaton should be submtted wth the followng documents; a) Copy of retrement notfcaton b) Copy of PPO c) Copy of D card n case wll be retrng by last date of recevng applcaton dl Copy of PAN card and AADHAR card- mandatory j f
