The applcant has ndcated the beer garden wll have securty and that no mnors wll be permtted wthn the area. The applcant has receved a letter of support from the local RCMP detachment. See attachment. Regonal Dstrct Consderaton The Regonal Dstrct does not have a polcy on the temporary extenson of a lcenced area. The Provncal Lquor Control & Lcensng Regulatons requres that a local government consder a Temporary Extenson of a Lcenced Area Applcaton. The LCLB does not requre publc consultaton as part of the applcaton approval process. The Northern Motor n sts on a large lot and s surrounded n other commercal development, meanng the mpact on neghbourng propertes would lkely be mnmal. Recommendaton 1.
