1 Southern California Realty Group Keeping the REAL in Real Estate Application Instructions To expedite the application process and increase your chances of getting the property you should all supporting documents (be sure to review the instructions on the bottom of this page as to what we need), and pay online for your application fee. Cash is acceptable but it is at your risk. If lost, you will have no proof that it was given to us. No personal checks will be accepted. Remember, we need an application for anyone over 18 and the fee is $40 each. Please provide current credit report or we will run credit. Application fee is for processing applications and reviewing credit reports. Application to Rent/Screening Fee Info Read Carefully and Follow Directions: A separate application is required for anyone over 18 or an emancipated minor. There is a non- refundable $40 fee per applicant. Fees are to be paid with a money order or cashier s check only. Money orders and cashier s checks are to be made out to Southern California Realty Group. Please be aware, if application fee is not included with application then paperwork will not be processed. Money orders or cashier s checks can be purchased at drop off location. SCRG does not return any paperwork submitted, so make sure to keep a copy prior to submission. If you have credit problems or any other issues please include an explanation on last page of this packet. You must also include with this application: Copy of your driver s license Copy of a 2 nd form of ID One of the following: Copies of 2 most RECENT pay stubs Copy of Bank Statements, 2 most RECENT months Driving Directions Take 15 Freeway and get off at Winchester exit. If you are coming from the north make a left on Winchester and if you are coming from the south make a right onto Winchester. Make a left on Margarita Rd. and make a right into the first shopping center. The Postal Annex is located next to the Taco Shop. Drop off location is a Postal Annex!
