Please follow these instructions to ensure that your application will be processed: Please print clearly. Only legible applications will be processed. All applicants (including roommates) must provide verifiable proof of monthly income of at least 3x the amount of the monthly rent.. 1. Complete all portions of the application. Then send us only those pages that require your information and/or signatures. We will process only those applications that are both FAXED & DELIVERED to our office. Faxing allows us to expedite this process. Our office hours are M-F 9am-5pm. We are closed on weekends and legal holidays. 2. All applications must include a clear copy of each applicant s driver s license. 3. Application fees are $45 per each adult (over 18) applicant. Each adult applicant must complete and submit a separate application. For example, if 2 applicants are apply to live in the same unit, please submit 2 applications and 2 application fees. Please complete the form and include it with your application. Upon receipt, we will sign our portion and send you a copy via Applications are processed with 48 hours of receipt. The completed and legible rental application(s). 2. Application fees (non-refundable): $45 (cash only) per applicant. 3. A clear copy of your drivers license. 4. Verification of Rental History form - Please sign your name and date the form where indicated. 5. Receipt of Application Screening Fee 6. Verification of income documents - Recent pay stub or letter of verification of income on your employer s letterhead. If you are self-employed, please include statements to confirm your stated income (see Rental Criteria for details.)
