Copy of each applicant s driver s license or state ID, prior to lease signing. If you are self-employed, we will need a copy of your tax returns. A valid phone number of current landlords. Leases including pets may be subject to additional Pet Fee(s), or tenant(s) insurance clauses. We will process the application by obtaining a copy of your background screening report. We will contact your employer for employment verification and income verification. Our requirement is that the verifiable income must be at least 3 times the amount of the rent, unless waiver by the owner is signed. Please know that if you have extenuating circumstances, we will be glad to consider them. Once your application information has been verified we will require a deposit to hold the property and do a credit and background screening. This deposit is equal to 1/2 of one months rent, payable by cashiers check or money order made out to CHAMPION PROPERTY MANAGMENT. This amount will be credited to your move in costs or refunded less the credit report fee depending on if we are able to approve your application.
