ID must be verified and match the applicant. No copy is required until the application is approved. 2. Applicant must provide valid proof of income. Monthly income must equal at least 2.5x s the monthly rent. A security deposit equal to one month s rent is required. a. 2 most recent Paycheck stubs covering at least 30 days. If paycheck stubs are not available, a notarized letter from the employer on company letterhead will be required. b. If newly employed or transferring, a letter from the employer. c.
