1 1 PROMO MECHANICS Terms and Conditions for the P2.00 Sale: 1. The P2.00 Sale (referred to as Promo ) will run from October 25 to October 31, 2013 at participating merchant outlets ( Promo Period ). 2. The Promo is open to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citibank credit cards that have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines and Citibank Savings Inc. (singly or collectively referred to herein as Citibank ), are active and in good credit standing and with available credit limit (referred to as Cardholder ), who are not prohibited by legal or regulatory restrictions, including US law or regulations, or applicable Citibank policy from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo. 3. To qualify for this Promo, the Cardholder must spend a minimum of P2,500 on a single retail transaction using his/her Citibank credit card from October 15 to October 21, 2013 (the Pre-qualifying Spend Period ). One (1) minimum singlereceipt retail purchase of P2,500 made anywhere during the Pre-qualifying Spend Period entitles the Cardholder to purchase one (1) Coca-Cola Happiness Bundle (containing three (3) Coca-Cola 2-Litre PET Bottles) (the Featured Item ) at the participating merchants branches for just P2.00 within the specified Promo Period. 4. The following transactions will not qualify for this Promo: Call for Cash transactions, Cash Advance availment, Balance Transfer availment, Balance Conversion transactions, PayLite After Purchase transactions, OneBill transactions, autodebit enrolments, and Split transactions. Split transactions are those that are made at the same store or establishment within the same day or those that are structured in such a way as to create unusual or abnormal transactions to enable the Cardholder to avail of the Featured Item, regardless of the same store or same day purchase. For online payments made via Citibank Online, only one (1) transaction meeting the P2,500 single-receipt minimum spend requirement per day shall qualify for the P2.00 sale of the Featured Item; succeeding transactions made on the same day shall no longer qualify for this Promo. 5. The Cardholder shall personally purchase the Featured Item using his / her qualifying Citibank Card at the participating merchant outlets within the specified Promo Period only. Representatives, even with a written authorization from the Cardholder, shall not be allowed to purchase the Featured Item for and on behalf of the Cardholder. 6. The Cardholder is eligible to buy the Featured Item for P2.00 if his/ her qualifying Citibank card has met the minimum spend requirement within the specified qualifying spend period as reflected in the Citibank terminal, if he/she has available credit line on the same Citibank Credit Card, and has no overdue payments. Citibank and the participating merchants will only honor purchases complying with the process specified above. 7. To purchase, the Cardholder must present his/her qualifying Citibank Card at the Citibank booth of the participating merchant s branch. The participating merchant s designated frontliner will then swipe the Citibank Card at the Citibank terminal to check if the Cardholder is entitled to the P2.00 Sale, as well as how many Featured Item/s he/ she can purchase for P2.00. If the Cardholder is eligible, he/ she can purchase the Featured Item for P2.00. The Cardholder shall sign the charge slip printed to signify his /her purchase. The participating merchant will then check the signature against the signature found at the back of the designated Citibank card, keep the Merchant copy of the charge slip and give the Cardholder the Customer s Copy of the charge slip. 8. The Cardholder will not be allowed to buy the Featured Item for P2.00 if he/she is unable to present his/her qualifying Citibank Card or; if he/ she is not eligible for the P2.00 Sale; or if his/her Citibank Card does not have available credit limit remaining. Moreover, the Cardholder will not be allowed to purchase if he/she is subject to any legal or regulatory restriction, such as under the applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations and policies that prohibits Citibank from allowing the Cardholder to participate in the Promo. 9. 2 2 10. The 2.00 sale is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, vouchers or any other promotions. 11. The Featured Item is not convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services. 12. All P2.00 sales are final; no return or exchange of the Featured Item/s or replacement item/s will be permitted. Cardholders shall be responsible for inspecting the quality and condition (e.g. expiry dates) of the Featured Item/s or replacement item before making the purchase. Citibank and/or the merchant shall not be obliged to refund nor replace the Featured Item/s or replacement item once purchased. 13. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., Citibank s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Citibank with concurrence of DTI. 14. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the availment of the Featured Item, the participation in the Promo, or the redemption of the P2.00 sale may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of card privileges or the charging of the full cost of the Featured Item to the Cardholder s Card account, at Citibank s discretion. The P2.00 Sale (referred to as Promo ) will run from October 25 to October 31, 2013 at participating merchant outlets ( Promo Period ). 2. The Promo is open to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citibank credit cards that have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines and Citibank Savings Inc. (singly or collectively referred to herein as Citibank ), are active and in good credit standing and with available credit limit (referred to as Cardholder ), who are not prohibited by legal or regulatory restrictions, including US law or regulations, or applicable Citibank policy from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo and who received an SMS and/or e-dm from Citibank regarding this Promo. 3. To qualify for this Promo, the Cardholder must spend a minimum of P1,500 on a single retail transaction using his/her Citibank credit card from October 8 to October 14, 2013 (the Pre-qualifying Spend Period ). Every P1,500 single-receipt retail purchase made anywhere during the Pre-qualifying Spend Period entitles the Cardholder to purchase one (1) Coca- Cola Bundle (containing three (3) 2-Liter Coca-Cola PET bottles) (the Featured Item ) at the participating merchants branches for just P2.00 within the specified Promo Period. 4.
