1 PROGRAM MECHANICS AND TERMS & CONDITIONS REFERROR 1. The promotion is available exclusively to pre-selected Cebu Pacific- Citibank Cardholders whose Cebu Pacific Citibank Cards were issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines ( Citibank ) or Citibank Savings Inc. ( Citibank Savings ) Philippine Branch, who are recipients of the statement inserts and electronic-direct mailer pertaining to this promotion, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations and policies from participating in or qualifying for this promotion. These pre-selected Shell Citibank Cardholders shall be referred to as the Referrors. 2. Promotion period is from October 15 to November 30, Referrors may refer friends and family members who meet the following criteria (the Referrals ): a. With no principal Citibank Credit Card yet or has not had one in the last 6 months prior to the start of the promo period; b. Is between years old; c. With an annual income of at least P360,000; d. Is residing in the Philippines with either i. A post-paid landline home phone; ii. a prepaid mobile phone AND business phone; or iii. a postpaid mobile phone AND business phone; and e. Has completed Citibank Member-Get-Member (MGM) Referral form and submitted the same within the promo period. 4. The applications of the Referrals shall be evaluated by Citibank, subject to Citibank s review criteria. 5. Referrors who successfully refer at least five (5) Referrals within the promo period and subsequently approved shall earn an MGM incentive. 6. To find out the status of their Referrals, Referrors can call Citiphone at for verification. 7. In order to earn the MGM incentive for his/her approved Referrals, the Referror must be in good credit standing and must not be prohibited under any applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations and policies from participating in or qualifying for this promotion. 8. The Referror will be disqualified from the promo in the event that his/her Cebu Pacific Citibank credit card is found to be invalid or is suspended, cancelled or terminated within the promo period, or if the Referror has been determined to be ineligible to join the promo for whatever reason or is engaged in fraud, unauthorized activity or abuse of the Promo terms and conditions. 9. The Referror shall obtain the consent of his/her Referrals to disclose the Referrals s personal information, such as his/her full name, date of birth, address, and contact numbers to Citibank.

2 MGM APPLICATION 10. To qualify for the Offer, the Referror must use the appropriate Citibank MGM Referral form. The Referror, if referring through the MGM Referral form, must completely fill-out the Referror s section. If any item in the form is left blank, the Referral will not be counted in favor of the Referror despite the approval of the application. 11. The Citibank MGM Referral Form may be submitted via any of the following options: a. Fax to ; b. The Citibank Telesales Team will call up the Referrals submitted through the MGM Referral Form or the Online MGM Referral Form. The Referral will be required to submit the following: a. Fully accomplished application form b. Income documents c. Valid IDs 14. The Referror shall only be entitled to receive one (1) incentive regardless of the number of approved Referrals, whether submitted in the same referral form or not; provided that, the Referror should have at least five (5) approved Referrals to earn the incentive. 15. In case of multiple card applications by a single Referral, which are submitted through different Referrors, the approved Referral shall be counted in favor of the Referror of the card application which was approved first by the Bank. GIFT ITEM / INCENTIVE 16. The Referror will be awarded one (1) free Cebu Pacific one-way ticket to a domestic destination for every five (5) or more approved new-to-bank Referrals. A qualified Referror shall receive an electronic direct mailer advising him/her that he/she has earned the MGM incentive. 17. The purchase of any add-ons (i.e., Upgrade of baggage allowance, Seat Selection, Travel Insurance, Sports Equipment, etc.) must be coursed through the Cebu Pacific Reservations Hotline ( for Manila/ for Cebu) or any Cebu Pacific Ticketing Office. The purchase of any add-ons must be done separately by the Referror after the receipt of his/her

4 itinerary receipt from Citibank. The amount should be charged to the qualified Referror s Cebu Pacific - Citibank Credit Card. 23. The purchase of the return ticket must be charged to the Cebu Pacific Citibank credit card and also be done separately by the qualified Referror by calling Cebu Pacific Reservations Hotline ( for Manila/ for Cebu), dropping by at any Cebu Pacific Ticketing Office or simply logging on to However, this must be done only after the qualified Referror has received his/her Itinerary receipt from Citibank. 24. Booking is subject to availability of flights and seats. 25. The free Cebu Pacific one-way ticket is not rebookable, refundable or re-routable once issued. 26. The free Cebu Pacific one-way ticket is not transferable and may not be converted to cash. 27. The Referror shall be responsible for acquiring, at his/her own cost all other travel-related expenses, other incidental charges, and personal expenses. 28. Cebu Pacific s Lite Fare Terms and Conditions, General Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Baggage, and Travel Regulations as found in shall apply. 29. Citibank shall not be obliged to recognize or replace any ticket or electronic direct mailer lost or stolen. Neither is Citibank obliged to recognize or replace any unredeemed ticket after the redemption period or any unused ticket after the travel period. 30. Abuse of promotion (i.e. the act of participating in the bank s various promotions or the filing of the application for the purpose of obtaining the gift item) will result in the charging back of the cost one-way ticket (P3,000) against the Cardholder s account and disqualification from future promotional offers. 31. In case of dispute in respect of the Cardholder s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., Citibank's decision shall prevail. 32. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the redemption and use of the free Cebu Pacific Juan-way ticket may result in the forfeiture of the said ticket. This forfeiture shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank and/or Cebu Pacific. 33. Employees of Cebu Pacific are disqualified from availing of this Promo. 34. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing Citibank or Cebu Pacific promotion. REFERRAL 35. Referrals whose applications were received from the start of the promo period with complete documents and requirements and were subsequently approved by Citibank shall be entitled to an annual membership fee waiver for the 1 st year. They may also receive one (1) Free Cebu Pacific Juan-Way ticket

5 to any domestic destination if they qualify under the terms and conditions of the Cebu Pacific Citibank Free Juan-Way Ticket Welcome Gift Promo as set out below. Cebu Pacific Citibank Card Free Juan-way Ticket Welcome Gift Promo 1. The Cebu Pacific Citibank Credit Card Free Juan-way Welcome Gift Acquisitions Promo ( Promo ) will run from September 20, 2012 to November 30, 2012 (the Promo Period ). 2. The Program is open to Principal New-to-Bank card applicants (i) who apply for a Cebu Pacific - Citibank Credit Card ( Cebu Pacific-Citibank Card ) with Citibank N.A. Philippines ( Citibank ) or Citibank Savings Inc. ( Citibank Savings ) and whose credit card applications were received with complete documents and requirements by Citibank or Citibank Savings within the promo period, (ii) whose applications are subsequently approved, and (iii) who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in or qualifying for this promotion. A New-to-Bank card applicant is defined as a person who does not have any existing principal Citibank or Citibank Savings Card, locally issued by Citibank or Citibank Savings within the last six (6) months at the time of application. 3. To qualify for the Promo, the newly approved Principal Cardholder (the Cardholder ) must make a purchase of P2, (one-time spend or accumulated spend) on his/her new Cebu Pacific-Citibank Card prior to booking of Cebu Pacific Juan-way Ticket. 4. For the purpose of this promotion, any card cancellation that occurs at any time from card issuance date to eighteen (18) months therefrom shall be prima facie evidence of engaging in abuse of promotion. 17. In case of dispute in respect of the Cardholder s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., Citibank's decision shall prevail. 18. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the redemption and use of the free Cebu Pacific Juan-way ticket may result in the forfeiture of the said ticket. This forfeiture shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank and/or Cebu Pacific. 19. Employees of Cebu Pacific are disqualified from availing of this promo. 20.
