1 TERMS & CONDITIONS Acceptance of Terms & Conditions 1. Each person who participates in Ready Set Fly! (the Contest ) shall, for purposes of these Terms & Conditions, will be referred to as a User. 2. By participating in the Contest, Users are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the Terms & Conditions set out herein and the Privacy Policy, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications thereto as may be made from time to time. Contest Duration 3. The Contest shall commence on Monday, 11 June 2018 (1200 hours SGT) and end on Monday, 25 June 2018 (1759 hours SGT) (the Contest Period ). Any registrations received after the closing date will not be eligible for the Contest.

2 Contest Eligibility 4. Directors, employees (and/or immediate family members of such directors or employees) of Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (the Organiser ) and its subsidiaries, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, the Organiser s appointed agencies (including KRDS, Havas Media), and any other persons involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the lucky draw, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. For the purpose of this Clause, 'immediate family members' shall include spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings. 5. Save as provided in Clause 4, the Contest is open to all natural persons (i.e. not a corporate or business entity, association, society or other similar entity) who are: (i) aged eighteen (18) years and above as of the first day of the Contest Period; (ii) fans of Changi Airport s Facebook page. 6. The User should use real and accurate details for registration. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any User should there be any doubts on the accuracy or authenticity of the provided information. Contest Mechanics 7. The Contest comprises a game which requires the User to manoeuvre a paper plane avatar (by tapping on the screen of the mobile/desktop device used) and embark on a non-stop journey travelling through 12 Worlds, each featuring key cities that are connected to Singapore Changi Airport. 8. Each User will earn points which are awarded based on the

3 duration the User stays in the game. If the User does not actively interact with the game, the paper plane avatar will automatically land, concluding the game. 9. The User may collect Gold Miles along the journey to earn an additional 10 points each. 10. The User may also manoeuvre towards key stops within the game. At these stops, the User will be presented with randomised multiple choice trivia about Changi Airport. The User will earn an additional 200 points for each question answered correctly. There is no penalty for questions answered incorrectly. 11. The User will have to avoid obstacles along the way. 100 points will be deducted for each contact between the paper plane avatar and each obstacle. 12. Multiple plays are allowed for each User during the Contest period. 13. To be considered a successfully registered entry, each User will have to complete a form at the end of the game (manually or via Facebook Connect), providing their personal details. The information will be used for verification purposes and details provided should be accurate. Upon completion, each User will earn a registration bonus of 500 points. 14. Each User who returns daily during the Contest duration to play will earn an additional 500 points per day. 15. Each User is encouraged to share the Contest with their friends by using their unique referral link on social media and messaging platforms. An additional 2000 points for each successfully registered friend will be awarded.

4 Grand Prize Draw 16. The Grand Prize Draw (the Draw ) will be conducted within a month after the conclusion of the Contest. 17. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any User if he or she is suspected of cheating and/or providing false personal information. Grand Prize 18. The Grand Prize (the Prize ) is a pair of round-the-world air tickets on Star Alliance flights, and will be awarded in the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser. The Prize is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Star Alliance Round the World Fare. 19. The Prize will be set at Economy class, capped at 26,000 miles and 5 stopover destinations. 20. The Prize will depend on the winner s place of residence: (i) If the winner resides in Singapore, the Prize shall be a pair of round-the-world air tickets from Changi Airport. (ii) If the winner does not reside in Singapore, the Prize shall be a pair of round-the-world air tickets from the closest airport that has Star Alliance flight connections. One of the stops within the Round the World route must include a stopover in Singapore. The Winner will have to bear all costs of travel from his/her city of residence to the departing airport. 21. Any winner (the Winner ) of the Prize may depart on or after 1 July 2018, and must be complete his or her journey (i.e. arrive in Singapore Changi Airport) no later than 31 March No

5 extensions to the travel period will be permitted under any circumstances. 22. The choice of airline and flights will be solely decided by the Organiser based on the Winner's preferred dates of travel. Travel is not valid on charter flights. No changes will be permitted on the Prize that has been issued. 23. The Winner and his/her travel partner must travel together on the same flights, and at the same dates and times. Partial redemption of the Prize is strictly prohibited. 24. Open-jaw tickets are not permitted. 25. Any additional travel booked in conjunction with the use of the Prize will be subject to standard booking conditions and any expenses incurred as a result will be solely and entirely covered by the Winner. 26. The Winner and his/her travel partner travelling on the Prize shall be responsible for their own travel visas, related to the Prize, and other miscellaneous charges incurred. Taxes and surcharges arising from the Prize will be borne by the Organiser. 27. Any expenses incurred during the travel will be solely and entirely borne by the Winner. 28. The Prize shall not be used with other vouchers, discounts, privileges and/or promotions. 29. No mileage accrual will be permitted for travel on the Prize. The Prize shall also not be exchangeable for cash or for other classes of travel. Travel tickets pertaining to the Prize are nontransferable and non-re-routable.

6 30. The Winner will be contacted via by the Organiser. 31. The Prize will be forfeited if it is not claimed within one month. 32. The Organiser and its intermediary agency (KRDS Singapore) shall use reasonable endeavours to contact the Winner and he/she will have to provide the Organiser with his/her personal information and contact details for verification purposes. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any person who does not comply with this requirement. 33. If, for some reason, any Winner cannot be contacted within a period of time as determined by the Organiser or if any Winner does not acknowledge receipt of the Prize within a period of time as determined by the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right to award the Prize to a replacement Winner, forfeit the Prize and/or donate the Prize to charity. The Winner shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation in any form from the Organiser. 34. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or substitute the Prize at any time without prior notice. 35. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any administrative arrangements, changes, payments and/or costs, such as (including but not limited to) booking of flights. 36. The Organiser assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect of any defect or deficiency in the Prize (or any part thereof) and will not entertain any correspondence on this matter. Personal Information

By participating in the Contest, the Winner agrees to grant the Organiser the right to use their personal details (including but not limited to their names and Facebook profile pictures) for promotional and publicity purposes. 38. The Winner warrants that all information submitted by him/her in the entry is true, current and complete. 39. All received information will not be disclosed to any other organisations unaffiliated to the Organiser. All information provided may be used for the Organiser s internal research purposes and will not be sold or given to any third party. Liabilities 40. The Organiser s decision on all matters relating to the Contest is final. 41. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify, block and/or discard any entries or votes from any person who (i) enters, votes or garners votes by any kind of script, macro, robotic, electronic, mechanical or other automated means or otherwise tampers with or hacks the entry process, or (ii) who is or may be likely to be involved in any of the actions in (i), as determined by the Organiser in its sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of the law and should such an attempt be made, the Organiser reserves to take any action permitted under the law against any such person. 42. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices, software or other methods deemed illegitimate in the Contest by the Organiser will result in disqualification without any prior notice given.

The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in the event of a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical or system failure or disruption, which may corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Contest. The Organiser may invalidate any affected entries without giving prior notice. In the event of such occurrence, the Organiser may, at its sole discretion, post a notice via the Changi Airport Facebook Page. Users shall not be entitled to any damages or compensation whatsoever or howsoever arising as a result of such amendment or termination. 44. All entries must be submitted via the Contest website. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by the Organiser or delays in the submission of the entry due to any technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. The Organiser reserves the right to audit and ensure that each participant's information is bona fide. Any registered User who creates multiple accounts for the purpose of submitting multiple entries or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage over other registered Users in the Contest shall be disqualified. 45. Registered Users may be required to produce proof of being the Authorised Account Holder associated with the registered addresses. An "Authorised Account Holder" is defined as a natural person who is assigned an address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organisation which is responsible for assigning addresses or the domain associated with the submitted address.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry, which in the opinion of the Organiser, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements. The Organiser also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process with or without malice, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who has, in the opinion of the Organiser, engaged in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally or potentially damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Organiser. This includes, but is not limited, to the use of multiple NRIC/FIN numbers, addresses, postal addresses or PO Box addresses. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify a Winner if the Organiser becomes aware or reasonably suspects that the Winner and/or the Winner s entry are of a type as described in this clause. 47. The Organiser reserves the right to request for photographs and/or particulars of the Winner for use in marketing for the Contest. Should such request be made, the Winner is obliged to provide a suitable photograph within the requested period. It is a condition for participation in the Contest that the Winner consents to the public disclosure of his/her name, and photographs for publicity or commercial purposes or otherwise, and the Organiser shall be entitled to use any such information for any future marketing efforts, without any prior notice, payment or compensation to the winners. 48. By entering into the Contest, each participant agrees that: (i) the Organiser is not responsible and shall not be liable for any hyperlink to any other website and any reference to any website, entity, product or service is not an endorsement or verification by the Organiser of such website, entity, product or service, or responsible for the content of any of the foregoing;

10 (ii) the Organiser hereby excludes all liability in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any losses, death or personal injury, damages, costs, revenues, anticipated savings or expenses (including special incidental or direct or indirect consequential loss or damage and loss of profits) incurred or suffered by registered Users howsoever arising out of or in any way connected with the Contest or its Prize and each participant agrees to indemnify the Organiser for all losses, damages, costs, or expenses suffered by the Organiser arising directly or indirectly in connection with their participation in the Contest. 49. The Organiser and any of their authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or directly and/or indirectly in connection with the Contest or the Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in false light). Each registered User agrees to indemnify and hold the Organiser harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the Contest. 50. The Organiser has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend these Terms & Conditions, and to terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice. 51. Participation in this Contest shall constitute acceptance of the Terms & Conditions herein and any subsequent amendment(s) thereof. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions shall result in forfeiture of participation in this Contest. 52. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms & Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to

11 the Contest, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail. 53. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all registered Users and the Winners agree to irrevocably submit themselves to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. The Terms & Conditions listed are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B).
