1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Free Giftaway egift Promo 1. The Free Giftaway egift Promo ( Promo ) will run from November 1, 2017 until January 31, 2018 ( Promo Period ). WHO CAN AVAIL OF THIS PROMO 2. The Promo is open to Principal credit card applicants who: a. Don t have an existing Principal credit card issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch ( Citibank or Citi ) and have not had one in the last six (6) months before application; b. Apply for a Citi Rewards Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Cash Back Card, Shell Citi Card or Mercury Drug Citi Card ( Card ) through or any of the Promo online ads (ex. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) within the Promo Period and are subsequently approved. Principal Card applicants who meet all of the criteria above are referred to as the Cardholder. 3. Applications which are submitted through non-online channels (i.e. Citibank branch and direct sales team) will not qualify for this Promo. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE PROMO 4. To qualify to receive a Giftaway egift worth P6,000 (the Welcome Gift ), the Cardholder must: a. Make an accumulated or one-time purchase worth Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000) using his/her new Citi credit card within 60 days from card receipt date; b. Maintain his/her Card in good credit standing by keeping it current for at least 18 months from credit card approval and using it at least once a year. HOW TO REDEEM THE WELCOME GIFT 5. The qualified Cardholder will be able to redeem his/her Welcome Gift through the Citi Mobile App. Here s how it works: a. Upon meeting the spend requirement, the qualified Cardholder will receive an SMS instructing him/her to download the Citi Mobile App. b. After downloading the Citi Mobile App and creating a Citibank Online account, the Cardholder may get his/her promo code in the In-App Offer of the app. c. After 3 business days, the qualified Cardholder should fill out the online form in the Giftaway redemption site, to redeem the Welcome Gift. This

2 link can also be found in the In-App Offer section of the Citi Mobile app. He/she should input the following details: i. Promo code from Citi Mobile app; ii. Name iii. address; iv. Mobile number; v. Last 6 digits of his/her Citi credit card. d. The Cardholder will receive an egift code through his/her nominated address and mobile number. e. The egift code may be used to buy any item in the mentioned stores above. g. He/she may redeem until: i. March 31, 2018 for accounts that qualify within November 1-30, 2017; ii. April 30, 2018 for accounts that qualify within December 1-31, 2017; iii. May 31, 2018 for accounts that qualify within January 1-31, 2018; h. egift codes which are not redeemed as of the dates specified in item #5.g will be forfeited in favor of Citi. 6. In case the Cardholder applied for multiple cards and these are approved, only one Card will be awarded the Welcome Gift, subject to the conditions above. 7. The offer under this Promo cannot be transferred to another new or open Principal Citi Card that was not part of this Promo. 8. If a Cardholder qualifies for two (2) or more Citi credit cards under different promotions within the same promo period, he/she will be entitled to only one welcome gift. The Cardholder will get to choose the welcome gift from among the different promotions he/she is qualified for. If a Cardholder qualifies under another promo during the same promo period and has already received a welcome gift, then he/she will no longer be able to participate in this Promo. 9. The Giftaway egift worth P6,000 may not be converted to or paid out in cash or in kind.

Citibank may discontinue the granting of the Welcome Gift to the relevant Card account if: applicable law, regulation, or policy restricts the continued granting of such Welcome Gift; or the Cardholder does not make an accumulated or one-time purchase worth Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000) using his/her new Citi credit card within 60 days from card receipt date; the Cardholder does not maintain his/her Card account in good credit standing; or the Cardholder does not comply with the terms and conditions of the Citi Card Agreement or the rules governing credit relationships. 11. The Cardholder should maintain his/her card account in good credit standing for at least 18 months from approval. Otherwise, the welcome gift cost will be charged back to the Cardholder s account, and he/she will be disqualified from future promotional offers. 12. This offer will not apply in conjunction with any other existing bank promotion. 13.
