We start with a quick checklist of items we recommend to ensure a smooth transition. In addition, we have included full descriptions of your new Wisconsin Bank & Trust deposit accounts. IMPORTANT: The transition to Wisconsin Bank & Trust is expected to begin at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2015, and end at 9:00 a.m. Monday, May 18, Below, please find a checklist of essential items to review prior to and immediately following the transition. Prior to Monday, May 11, 2015 * View, schedule, or make changes to your existing CB&T Online Bill Pay payments. * Expect your new Wisconsin Bank & Trust (WBT) Visa Debit Card to arrive in the mail. * Activate your new WBT VISA Debit Card, but do not use it until Friday, May 15, * Provide your new debit card number to any vendors who process periodic transactions to your debit card (i.e., monthly cell phone bill, electric, PayPal or gas bill). On Monday, May 11, 2015 * CB&T Bill Pay will be disabled. All payments need to be scheduled prior to this date to ensure bills are paid up through May 15, On Saturday, May 16, 2015 * All Banking Centers will be open regular hours. Please refer to page 17 for specific hours. On Monday, May 18, 2015 * Sign in to WBT Online Banking after 8:00 a.m. at www. WisconsinBankandTrust.com. Reference page 12 for detailed login instructions. * Download the Mobile Banking App. * Review your Online Banking Bill Pay payments and payees for accuracy. * Schedule your recurring transfers and/or alerts. * Destroy your CB&T ATM Card. Prior to Friday, May 15, 2015 * Download or print copies of Community Bank & Trust (CB&T) transaction history. See page 20 for detailed instructions. On Friday, May 15, 2015 * Destroy your CB&T Debit Card. * You may begin using your new WBT Visa Debit Card at 8:00 a.m. * ebanking and mobile app will be unavailable beginning at 4:00 p.m.

9 Welcome to Wisconsin Bank & Trust 9 Account Numbers In most cases, account numbers for checking accounts, savings accounts and CDs, including Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) will remain the same. We will notify you in a separate communication if your account number changes. Checks * Continue to use your existing CB&T checks and deposit tickets until depleted unless you are specifically notified otherwise. * New check orders placed with CB&T will be updated automatically with the WBT name and routing number. ELECTRONIC DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS Any Direct Deposits and automatic payments you have now will continue uninterrupted. No action is needed. ROUTING AND TRANSIT NUMBER Your new routing and transit number is The routing and transit number is the first set of digits on the bottom of your new checks before your account number. FDIC COVERAGE If you have accounts at both CB&T and WBT, your accounts will be separately insured through the FDIC until July 15, 2015 (grace period). For Certificates of Deposit, FDIC insurance will continue until the maturity date, even if the maturity date comes after the grace period. If your CD matures during the grace period and you roll it over for the same term and dollar amount, it will be insured separately until the new maturity date. If after the grace period your deposits are greater than $250,000, a WBT Representative will be pleased to meet with you and discuss how you can maximize your FDIC insurance coverage OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE Overdraft Privilege is a valuable discretionary service that WBT provides on personal checking accounts. Overdraft Privilege is designed to save you the expense, inconvenience and embarrassment of having a check returned to the merchant. If you have Overdraft Privilege now, you will continue to have this service after the conversion. WBT s Overdraft Privilege provides a cushion dependent on the type of checking account you have. Note: Some Overdraft Privilege amounts may change during the transition. Please refer to the Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure booklet included with this mailing for the limit on your account and for additional disclosures related to Overdraft Privilege. In conjunction with Overdraft Privilege, we also offer other overdraft options such as Overdraft Transfer and/or Personal Ready Reserve Line of Credit. Please see one of our Personal Bankers for more information and to apply for these products. If you have elected to have your debit/atm card and other electronic transactions protected with Overdraft Privilege, we will continue to honor your request and those items will be honored up to your Overdraft Privilege limit, provided your account remains in good standing.

10 10 CARD SERVICES Debit/Atm Cards Beginning May 15, 2015, your VISA Debit Card, and VISA Health Savings Account (HSA) Debit Card that was issued by CB&T will be replaced with a Wisconsin Bank & Trust VISA Debit Card, or VISA HSA Debit Card. If you have a CB&T ATM Card accessing a checking account, you will receive a new WBT VISA Debit Card to replace it. If your CB&T card has not been used in the past 12 months, it will not be replaced. You will need to request a new one on or after May 18, Above are images of the new WBT Debit and HSA Cards. You will receive new WBT Debit Card(s) near the end of April or first week of May, followed by your new Personal Identification Number (PIN) in a separate mailer a few days later. Please follow the instructions included on the new card mailers to activate your cards immediately. You can activate your card by calling the toll-free number on the sticker, but cannot use the card until 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 15, If you do not receive your new card or PIN in the mail by May 8, 2015, please call How can you help ensure a smooth Debit card transition You will need to provide your new WBT Debit Card number and expiration date to any merchant where your existing debit card is being used for automatic/recurring charges, such as an electric company monthly payment. WBT also offers the Pink Ribbon Debit Card (see below). Each time our customers use their Pink Ribbon Debit Card Card transition Watch for the two separate mailings: your new WBT VISA Debit Card and new PIN. Your new WBT Debit Card will be ready to use beginning May 15, 2015, at 8:00 a.m., provided you have activated your card. At that time your CB&T Debit Card will become inactive and should be destroyed. Your new WBT ATM Card will be ready to use beginning Monday, May 18, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. Your new WBT Debit/ATM Card(s) also participate in the same surcharge-free ATM networks as your CB&T cards. If we can be of assistance please call us at or visit any WBT banking center location beginning May 18, 2015.

To order your Pink Ribbon Debit Card, call or visit any banking center after May 18, If you would like to exchange your new WBT Debit Card for a free Pink Ribbon Debit Card, call or visit any banking center after May 18, GIFT CARDS We will no longer sell Gift Cards on or after May 18, Any Gift Cards you purchase prior to then will continue to work and be serviced by the card issuer, MetaBank dba Meta Payment Solutions. Please call the phone number on the card if you have any questions, or want to check your remaining balance. We are also having a SALE. Normally we charge a $3.50 purchase fee, plus the amount you want to load to a Gift Card. Starting now and up to May 18th, the purchase fee is just $2.50 while supplies last. So stock up for all your gift giving occasions throughout the year, and always be ready for those sometimes forgotten events. CREDIT CARDS You may continue to use your Community Bank & Trust Personal VISA Credit Card as provided by Elan Financial Services. Questions regarding these accounts should be directed to Elan at the phone number on your monthly statement. We are happy to recommend the new VISA Credit Card (shown above) from Wisconsin Bank & Trust. Our new card features: * No Annual Fee 1. * Rewards points including cash back. * Low Interest Rates. * To apply for the WBT VISA, please call or visit your local banking center. We are committed to delivering a richer online experience with more flexibility, reliability, security and control. More information will be sent to you in the coming weeks. If you are a current Online Banking customer, read the following information carefully as it requires follow-up action from you. ONLINE BANKING IMPORTANT: YOUR ACTION IS NEEDED! In preparation for the transition from Community Bank & Trust to Wisconsin Bank & Trust Online Banking, it is necessary to have updated records to verify identity when logging in. The verification process requires a phone number. At your earliest convenience, please visit www. wisconsinbankandtrust.com: 1. Click on Welcome Community Bank & Trust Customers. You will be directed to a Welcome page. 2. On the left side, click Online Banking Transition Form and complete the secure form. 3. Or, you may call to ensure your accurate number is on file. On May 18, 2015, when you log in to Online Banking, you will be asked to select either your home or mobile phone number and a verification code will immediately be sent to your phone via voice call or text message. This code will need to be entered to complete the login process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your time and patience during this transition. * On May 18, 2015, the new online banking system will be available. Follow the login instructions on pages * If you have bookmarked your Online Banking login page, please delete prior to the conversion. Special Note: The following will not convert from the current Online Banking System. You will need to set up in the new system after you have logged in on May 18, * Account Nicknames * elerts * Future Dated Transactions * Recurring Transactions * ebills To assist in the setup process, Online Banking Video Tutorials and a User Guide can be found on the website, WisconsinBankandTrust.com under ebanking. After conversion, you will have one statement cycle of transaction history. Your prior transaction history will not convert to the new system. If you wish to have a record of this, we encourage you to download your history prior to May 15, 2015, using either Excel or Quicken/Quickbooks. How do I access my online banking? You will be able to sign in to Wisconsin Bank & Trust s Online Banking at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 18, 2015: 1. Go to and use the Login box located on the home page.

13 Welcome to Wisconsin Bank & Trust Enter your current CB&T login name, which is casesensitive. 3. Enter your new temporary passcode: Last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number. 4. You will be prompted for your secure access code, via SMS text or a phone call. 5. Change your passcode. 6. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions for Online Banking. 7. You re in! At this time you can set up any automatic account alerts you may have had at Community Bank & Trust, as those will not be converted. IMPORTANT NOTE As transaction history will not be converted, it is important to save or download any information you need, including statements from CB&T prior to Friday, May 15, 2015, at Noon. Detailed instructions will also be available online. ONLINE BILL PAY * Prior to May 11, we suggest you review any bills due between May 11 18, 2015, and consider making these payments in advance. * Six months of bill pay history will convert to the new system. * Payees, addresses and recurring payments will also convert. Please know that every attempt will be made to properly convert all your current payees. On Monday, May 18, 2015, after 8:00 a.m., we recommend you look at all your payments and payees and ensure all were converted properly. If any are missing, you can re-establish them at this time. * Account nicknames will not convert. You will need to set up your nicknames for your accounts on May 18, * If you utilize ebills, you can re-enroll each ebill beginning Monday, May 18. We apologize that we are unable to automatically convert that information included in this service. Payees eligible for the ebill service will have a link under the payee s name when you view your list. Mobile Banking Whether you need to check your account balance at the grocery store or transfer money between accounts while on the go, WBT has you covered with mobile banking. And that s not all. Our FREE 2 mobile app gives you the opportunity to: * NEW! Deposit checks with Savvy TM Mobile Remote Deposit. After conversion you can set up this feature through Online Banking by navigating to Services, Enroll Mobile Deposits. * Check your account balance. * Pay bills. * Transfer funds. Enjoy the convenience and security of Mobile Banking from WBT. If you are already enrolled in our Online Banking, you are set to go mobile upon downloading our app. If not, sign up for free Online Banking and add Mobile Banking. The new app will be available May 18, QR Code for Google Play and itunes 2 Phone service provider fees may apply

14 14 TEXT BANKING This service will still be available but will have some changes. You will need to re-enroll after conversion. Additionally, a few of the text commands will change. More information will follow in future communication. ebills If you utilize ebills, you can re-enroll each ebill beginning Monday, May 18. We apologize that we are unable to automatically convert that information included in this service. Payees eligible for the ebill service will have a link under the payee s name when you view your list. ealerts (elerts) After the conversion, you can re-establish your ealerts beginning Monday, May 18, ealerts are notifications sent to you, via or text, when certain events occur on your accounts. estatements Current accounts on estatement will automatically convert, however when you log in for the first time after conversion, you will need to read and accept the estatement disclosure. If you re not using estatement now, go green and sign up after conversion through Online Banking. TELEPHONE BANKING (Telebanc) Wisconsin Bank & Trust s automated telephone banking service will be able to assist you with general account inquiries such as balances, deposits, transfers, etc. 24/7 access to your account will be available May 18, 2015, by calling or toll-free When you access WBT Telephone Banking, you will be asked for your social security number and prompted as a first-time user to establish your personal identification number. Customer Resources / Online Tutorials: To guide you through the transition to WBT we have prepared tutorials for Personal Online Banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Banking; these can be found online at www. WisconsinBankandTrust.com. Click on Login on the home page then select Resources in the pop-up box. Phone Support: To speak with a Personal Online Banking specialist, contact the WBT Customer Care Center at For complete Customer Care Center hours and additional contact information, please refer to page 6 of this booklet.

15 Welcome to Wisconsin Bank & Trust 15 LOANS AND CREDIT CONSUMER loans and lines of credit The terms of your loan or line of credit will not change. Fees and late charges will be assessed in accordance with your existing contract, unless you receive a separate notification of specific changes. Consumer Loan customers currently using loan payment coupon books are asked to continue using those books until new payment books are provided in the future. Please include the coupon when submitting your payment. Home Equity Lines of Credit customers will receive monthly activity statements, which will also serve as your billing statement. If you have an automatic loan payment set up from a deposit account, that service will remain in effect following the computer conversion. If you use the Bill Pay service to make your monthly mortgage payment, it will be necessary to arrange for this service on the NEW Online Banking and Bill Pay site. * Beginning May 18, 2015, you may use any of the following methods to make loan payments: Sign-up for automatic payments online through Online Banking in Bill Pay. Drop off your payment at any banking center. Mail your payment to: Loan Processing P.O. Box 360 Dubuque, IA Effective May 18, 2015, mortgage customers will have access to our online Mortgage Center. The Mortgage Center provides extensive information and transaction services, including: * Loan Balance * Most Recent Payment * Next Payment Date * Escrow Transactions * Loan History * One-Time Payment or Recurring Payments Please note the following key information: * Your loan has not been sold, but the servicing has been transferred to our sister bank, Dubuque Bank and Trust. * The automatic payment service previously available to mortgage customers had the ability to wait for funds availability before processing a payment from a deposit account. That feature is not provided on our new system, which may result in overdrawing your deposit account if funds are not available. * Mortgage customers will receive detailed information by mail on the Mortgage Center service and the change in mortgage loan servicing. Note to Business Owners You will receive a separate mailing that describes any changes to your business accounts and cash management services. for our MORTGAGE BORROWERS The conversion of our computer system will enhance the information available on your mortgage loan account and change how payments are accepted. Mortgage coupon books will no longer be provided. Instead, residential mortgage customers will receive a monthly activity statement with a perforated portion that serves as a payment coupon. Please include this portion with your payment.
