4 PAY ELECTRONICALLY EasyPay Automatic monthly payments Avoid paperwork and possible late charges by enrolling in EasyPay. Each month on your due date, your payment will be electronically transferred from the bank account of your choice and you will receive confirmation by . To sign up for EasyPay, log in to BMW FS Central at bmwgroupfs.com, call , or see the instructions on the back of your billing statement. UltimatePay Instant, one-time payments Save time by making a single payment online. No checks to write. No postage to buy. And your payment will be reflected on your account within one hour. To use UltimatePay, log in to BMW FS Central at bmwgroupfs.com. PAY BY PHONE To use UltimatePay by phone free of charge, call our automated telephone service at , and, after authenticating, say Make a Payment and follow the prompts. If you prefer to make a payment via a representative, you may be charged a minimal fee. PAY BY MAIL Each month, you ll receive an Account Statement approximately 10 days before the scheduled payment due date, listing all of your account activity for the billing cycle. Simply tear off the perforated bottom portion and send it with your payment, keeping the top portion for your records. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your Account Statement on time, you should still send in your payment by the regularly scheduled due date to avoid any late charges. 7 INSURING YOUR BMW MOTORCYCLE HERE S HOW TO PROTECT YOUR BIKE FOR THE ROAD AHEAD. 1 Required Insurance Coverage You are required to have comprehensive and collision coverage for the actual value of your BMW motorcycle. The maximum deductible allowed is $1,000 for BMW motorcycles. BMW Financial Services must be listed as loss payee using the information below: 2 BMW Financial Services Insurance Department BMW Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET Accident and Theft Information As soon as possible after an accident or theft, call BMW to report it. Of course, you must also promptly report the incident to your insurance company and to the local police. When it comes to repairs, we strongly recommend that you use an authorized BMW service facility, such as your local BMW Motorrad dealer. 7

8 3 How to Handle Insurance Repair Checks If you receive an insurance company s check to cover a repair bill, it will be payable both to you and to us. Do not endorse it. Please send this joint-payee check to BMW Financial Services promptly, along with a copy of the repair order and the garage s address, or a copy of your paid receipt. Please include the VIN or account number.
