Prior to that he was with H&R Block Inc for nearly 10 years dealing with the tax affairs of a wide range of clients and managing a national project with Barclays Bank, as well as presenting throughout Eastern Europe. Phil Frost BA ACA Phil started lecturing in 1983 having qualified with Coopers & Lybrand in his home town, Sheffield.
