She has developed a particular expertise in director protection to include advising on director s duties and defending directors in a wide range of claims or proceedings. > Matthew Tait BDO LLP Matthew leads the provision of business restructuring services for the Gatwick and Guildford offi ces. His career in business restructuring started in 1990, initially focussing on personal insolvency, and more recently, on corporates in the SME sector, providing solutions to companies, banks and asset based lenders. > Andy Taylor Isadore Goldman Andy joined Isadore Goldman as a director in November 2014 following a move from ASB Law. Andy has over 25 years experience in all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency. His main focus is on advising all types of business in fi nancial diffi culty. He has a wealth of experience in advising business owners, directors, partners, and trustees, helping to rescue or protect their business as well as protecting them from personal liability. Andy is a Fellow of R3 and a member of the Insolvency Law Association and is a regular speaker. > Matthew Weaver Radcliffe Chambers Matt is a member of Radcliffe Chambers and has developed an impressive chancery/commercial practice with a particular specialism in insolvency.
