The forum will focus on practical advice and personal experience on resolving issues that arise in personal insolvency appointments. The key issues covered will seek to offer a practical insight and technical updates on a range of every day challenges faced by offi ce holders in personal insolvency cases. The day will consist of a mixture of case studies and presentations from experienced personal insolvency specialists to encourage participation and discussion from all. Forum aimed at: Anyone working in personal insolvency including solicitors, insolvency practitioners, their managers and administrators with at least four years experience. The aim of the forum is to provide practical advice relevant to your day to day activities.
