4 Country office for Afghanistan Sealing and marking of Bids The envelope consisting of your offer should be sealed and on the left hand corner of the envelop should be printed/written as; Notice of Sale- 2015/002 Sale of Used Power Generators Method of Bid Submission Deadline for Submission of Bids Evaluation of Bids Your offer comprising of all required documents should be sent by courier service/delivered to Supply Chain Management Office, UNDP Country Office, UNOCA Complex, Jalalabad Road, Kabul Afghanistan. Your Bid comprising of all required documents should be received by UNDP Afghanistan before 2.00 p.m, Kabul Time on 02-December (Wednesday). Bid will be evaluated by evaluation committee assigned by UNDP Afghanistan country office and the Bidder offering the highest price bid will be selected for sale of power Generators. Notification to Successful Bidders Movements of Items UNDP will notify all successful bidders upon completion of bid evaluation. Upon receipt of notification from UNDP, within 48 hours, the successful bidders should make payment and remove all Generators listed in Annex-I from UNDP premises. It is the responsibility of the bidders to arrange for transportation at their own expenses.
