(hereinafter mentioned SBIIMS), Ground Floor, Raheja Chambers, Free Press Journal Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai on behalf of State Bank of India Invites Quotation for supply and Installation of LCD projector at GITC, Belapur. 1. Aautherised dealer/distributer 3 Approved brand EPSON, EB 1776W, Panasonic PT-LW373D, In Focus IN116XV or equivalent make approved by SBIIMS. 4 Tender document available for download to Bid Document Availability including changes/amendments, if any to be issued 6 Last date, time and place for submission and opening of quotation RFP may be downloaded from Bank s website under procurement news Section. 3 9 Time for completion of work 2 weeks from the date of PO 10 Terms of payment i) No advance is payable. ii) On successful completion of the work, 95% of the bill amount will be paid Balance 5% of cost shall be treated as Retention Money which will be released after the defect liability period of one year. Sealed quotations should be addressed to the MD & CEO, SBI Infra Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Head Office, Ground Floor, Raheja Chamber, Free Press journal Marg, Nariman point, Mumbai and sent so as to reach not later than 1:00 PM, Unsealed quotations will not be accepted. 3. Quotations will be opened subsequently in the presence of the bidder or their authorised representative should they choose to be present. 4. Quotation form must be filled in English or Hindi and all entries must be made by hand and written in ink. If any of the documents are missing or unsigned, the quotation will be considered invalid. 5. Quotations with corrections and/or over-writings will be liable to be rejected, if they are not authenticated. All rates should be both in words and figures. 6. Quotation documents are required to be signed by the person or persons submitting the quotation in token or his/their having acquainted himself/themselves with General conditions and schedule of Quantities as laid down. Quotation with any of the documents not signed will be rejected. 7. The quotation shall remain valid for acceptance for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of the quotation. However, this period may be extended by mutual agreement and the bidder shall not cancel or withdraw the quotation during this period. Quoted prices shall remain firm and free from variation due to rise or fall in the cost of material, transportation, Labour, Insurance, taxes, duties, etc. 8. The Bank does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation and reserve itself the right to reject any or all the quotations received without assigning any reason(s) therefore. 4 9. No condition from the vendor side is acceptable. 10. Delivery period 14 days from the date of order. 11. Payment terms: 95% payment of total cost would be released after the completion of Work.
