Vitality will recommend health goals to give you a personal pathway to help you get healthier. As you achieve your personal health goals, you will earn Vitality points. The online Fitness Assessment gives you information about your fitness level, and guidance on how to improve it. The Mental Wellbeing Assessment gives you information on your mental and emotional wellbeing.
