When you enter this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Competition overview a. To be eligible to submit an entry into the Your Ticket to Fly Competition (the Competition ), you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entering and hold a valid passport for international travel. b. To enter the Competition, entrants must purchase at least one ticket to an event at Melbourne Recital Centre held during January, February or March 2016 via Melbourne Recital Centre s approved sales channels (via melbournerecital.com.au, phone or in-person at 31 Sturt St Southbank Victoria 3006) prior to 11:59PM (AEDST) Monday 29 February c. One (1) prize each will be awarded to one (1) winner at the conclusion of Competition Period. d. The Competition opens at 9:00am AEDST on Monday 23 November 2015 and closes at 11:59PM (AEDST) on Monday 29 February 2016 (the Competition Period ). Automatic entry on ticket purchase can occur prior to the Competition Period i.e. if you purchase at least one ticket to an event at Melbourne Recital Centre held during January, February or March 2016 via Melbourne Recital via Melbourne Recital Centre s approved sales channels (via melbournerecital.com.au, phone or in-person at 31 Sturt St Southbank Victoria 3006) prior to 9:00am AEDST on Monday 23 November 2015 you will automatically be entered into The Competition. The Competition is a game of chance and the winner of the Competition will be randomly selected and notified by phone and/or by Tuesday 15 March. e. The entrant is the account name registered to the constituent at the time of purchase and entry is non-transferable.

2 f. The entrant may purchase as many tickets as they wish each individual ticket counts as an individual entry. g. Your ticket purchase may be for any event held at Melbourne Recital Centre (regardless of presenter) held during January, February or March 2016 at a ticket price greater than $1. Key Presenting Partner subscription tickets are excluded from the competition entry. h. Entry into the Competition is free (except for any normal internet / phone connection charges that may apply when purchasing tickets). i. During any transaction you make during the Competition Period you may be asked (on phone or website) if you would like to sign up to communications from Etihad Airways. You can unsubscribe from any of these s at any time via the unsubscribe link that is included in each communication. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. 2. Promoter a. The promoters of the Competition (the Promoters are Melbourne Recital Centre and Etihad Airways). The organisation representing this body of promoters is Melbourne Recital Centre, 31 Sturt Street, Southbank, ABN b. All prize selections will take place at the offices of Melbourne Recital Centre. 3. Eligibility a. To be eligible to enter the Competition: i. You must be a permanent resident of Australia; ii. You are 18 years old or over at the time of purchase. iii. Neither you nor anyone in your immediate family is an employee of The Promoters, affiliated with The Promoters or connected to the Competition in any way. b. The Promoters may disqualify you if: i. You or your Entry do not meet any one or more of the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions; or ii. You tamper in any way with the operation of the Competition. c. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoters reserve the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, delay or suspend the Competition.

3 4. Winner selection a. The Competition is a game of chance. b. The winner selection will take place on Tuesday 15 March (the Selection Date ). The Promoters will randomly select one (1) winner from all valid Entries into the Competition using the RandBetween function in Excel. The Promoters decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. c. The Winner will be notified by phone and/or within three (3) days of the Selection Date. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner. If the Winner does not respond to the notification within 5 days, The Promoters reserve the right to select a new Winner as a replacement. d. If any proposed Selection Date falls on a public holiday in Victoria, that selection will be conducted on the following business day. e. If any person first chosen the Winner is found to be ineligible, they will be disqualified. 5. Prize a. One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) winner at the conclusion of the Competition Period. b. The prize (the Prize ) is two (2) international business class flights for the winner and guest to any European destination operated by an Etihad Airways aircraft. Etihad- operated destinations include: Athens, Istanbul, Larnaca, London, Amsterdam, Belgrade, Brussels, Casablanca, Dublin, Dusseldorf, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, Geneva, Madrid, Manchester, Milan, Moscow, Munich, Paris, Rome and Zurich. The Prize does not include the applicable taxes associated with flights. All applicable taxes associated with flights are to be covered by the winner. The winners must travel together on the same itinerary, on the same dates. Bookings are subject to availability and are not available in peak season including but not limited to July, August and the Christmas/New Year period. Bookings must be made with an Etihad Airways office by 30 September Prize is valid for travel until 31 March c. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any component of the Prize at their sole discretion. No correspondence of discussion will be entered into. d. The total Competition prize pool is valued at a maximum of AUD $ The Prize value is based upon an off-peak fare advertised by the

4 Promoters. The Promoters do not accept any responsibility for a change in Prize value. e. If you are a Winner: i. You may not transfer the Prize to anyone or ask for any alternative Prize (including cash). ii. The Promoters may replace the Prize with another prize of equal value in the unlikely event that the Prize becomes unavailable. iii. If you are not able to accept the Prize as stated, you will forfeit the iv. Prize and no payment or compensation will be made in lieu. The Promoters may ask you to provide proof of your age, identity and residency, and to sign any required documentation including release forms as a condition of claiming the Prize. v. You are responsible for all expenses and taxes connected to your participation in the Competition and not included in the Prize. This includes applicable taxes associated with flights. Each winner is responsible for all expenses associated with any travel booked as part of this promotion including accommodation, spending money, meals, drinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes, excess baggage over and above the ticketed amount, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. If requested by The Promoters, the Winner may be required and must agree to media opportunities associated with the Prize. These opportunities include: presentation of the prize at a Melbourne Recital Centre event/concert, interviews with media outlets and being photographed for online and print publication. x. The Winner hereby grants to The Promoters the right to issue, and authorise others to issue, publicity concerning the Winner, and the right to use Winner s name (including any professional name or sobriquet adopted by Winner), likeness and biographical data in connection with the promotion of the Competition.

The Promoters are not liable, and you release The Promoters from liability, for any loss or damage that you may suffer from your participation in the Competition, including (without limitation) if: i. The Competition is cancelled, modified, suspended or delayed. ii. The Promoters do not receive your Entry, due to technical issues including but not limited to the inability to process successful transactions and associated data management processes within the Competition Period. b. The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) as well as other laws in Australia may imply certain conditions, warranties and undertakings, and give you other legal rights. If they apply, they cannot be modified or excluded by any contract. You may consider seeking legal advice as to whether they apply to you. c. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions generally affects your rights under Australian consumer law (as contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and equivalent State and Territory fair trading legislation) regarding consumer guarantees to the extent that such consumer guarantees cannot be excluded by law. Other than these consumer guarantees, and subject to paragraph 6b), The Promoters make no warranties about any prizes offered as a part of the Competition, including warranties as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of such prizes. 7. Privacy a. The Promoters of the Competition will collect your personal information (such as your name, address, phone number and biographical data) as part of the Competition and may use this information anywhere in the world for the purposes of administering the Competition, and other purposes for which we obtain your express consent. Where you have expressly consented, your personal information may be provided to The Promoters affiliates, including overseas affiliates for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by you. b. The Promoters will comply with all terms outlined the Privacy Act (1988) in relation to the collection and use of your personal information. The Privacy Act (1988) is available here: 8. The Promoters Intellectual Property Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, your participation in the Competition does not entitle you to use any of The Promoters intellectual property rights (including any trade marked or copyrighted materials) for any purpose.

6 9. Governing law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction there, and waive any right to claim that those courts are an inconvenient forum. 10. Severability Any provision (or part thereof) of these Terms and Conditions that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is ineffective as to that jurisdiction to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability. That does not invalidate the remaining provisions (or parts thereof) of these Terms and Conditions nor affect the validity or enforceability of that provision (or part thereof) in any other jurisdiction. 11. Agreement These Terms and Conditions contain the agreement between you and The Promoters with respect to the Competition. They set out the only conduct that you have relied on and supersede all earlier conduct and prior agreements and understandings between you and The Promoters in connection with the Competition. This is in addition to any standard agreements, terms and conditions regarding the Prize you are required to adhere to with Etihad Airways.
