These goals are clinically-informed and will guide you along specific and progressive exercise pathways. You can earn an additional reward if you achieve your goal three times in a row and spin the wheel to get a surprise reward. Goal streaks and surprise rewards Achieve three consecutive goals in a row to achieve a goal streak. A goal streak means you re eligible to spin the wheel for a randomly-generated surprise reward. When you spin the wheel, you ll receive an additional, surprise reward. These guaranteed surprise rewards range from coffee, smoothie and popcorn rewards, to shopping rewards, weekends away and dream holidays. You will earn a surprise reward in addition to your weekly core reward of a coffee, smoothie or popcorn. Each surprise reward has different terms and conditions. 2 Choose the grand prize that suits you! If your surprise reward lands on the grand rewards level, you need to choose one of the featured rewards. The reward can only be redeemed at the specific partner and is not redeemable for cash. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or voucher. How to redeem your grand prize Follow this process for a travel grand reward. (To learn how to claim the Incredible Connection shopping experience, go to page 5 of this guide.) Step 2: We will be in contact with you within 5 working days of receiving your , to verify your details and discuss the terms and conditions of the reward with you. General terms and conditions You have two weeks from the date the surprise reward becomes available to select a reward. If you don t spin the surprise rewards wheel and select a reward within this time, it will expire. Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
