There s no set time or money limit, and we ll pay all consultants and anaesthetists fees in full as long as your consultant is recognised by us and the condition and treatment is covered on your plan. All you need to do is make sure every adult takes a Vitality Healthcheck which will confirm to us that you have all been tobacco and nicotine free for at least 12 months.
