19 Concerns about Colstrip Power Plant Legal settlement requires partial closure by Worker retraining grant of $2 million Full closure to around 2027, 2030, or 2035??? Proposed: companies will fully depreciate by 2027 while Washington rates increase 0.9% due to $10 million going to Colstrip How do we make up that power?
