4 MEETING MINUTES Secretary October Minutes have been posted online. Motion to approve Octobers minutes - Approved by John- seconded by Chris Fundraising/Event Coordinator 4 Coin Drops scheduled: January 28th 5-8 pm, February 3rd 1-5, February 16th 3-7 & December 30th 1-5. Sign up will be needed for the coin drop Looking into other potential Coin Drop locations (Tractor Supply) Phantoms Hockey - March 10th, 1:05pm game time. Reserved 90 seats invoice for $150 ($19/seat + $2 for fundraising= $21/ticket) Potentially look into Penguins tickets for next year. Looked into Gertrude Hawk Fundraiser- 4 profit 0.60/bar we sell for $1.00 Boxes: 48 bars- $28.80 Cost Profit of 19.20/box Deluxe bars - 5 profit sell for $2.00 $40.00 profit/box 15 days to sell the bars 16 boxes minimum if we order 20 we get free shipping 10 sign ups so far for winter workouts. Send out a reminder with a note about the free t-shirt. Team building- Kalahari ropes course. Cassie sent an to see about a price. Paint Party? Fan Gear open until the November 26th Lacrosse Coordinator League meeting is looking into tracking of penalties Looking into ways of tracking 7-8 s need to keep a play book that must be signed by the coaches and the referees at the end of the game and book must be present at all games Still deciding on what happens if the penalty book is not available
