1 New Chairman s Bonus Effective on 6/9/2010 Business Week 25

2 Effective Date: The new Chairman s Bonus will take effect during the qualification Business Period of June 9, 2010 to June 15, 2010 which is week 25 of the 52 available Business Periods in a year. Benefits: Distributors who achieve a New Director Rank of Bronze, Silver or Gold for the First Time in the exfuze Compensation program, are incentivized through the Chairman s PRO Bonus program in two ways. Firstly by achieving the new rank, and secondly by maintaining that rank. Goal: To help distributors achieve Director ranks in their quest towards Elite Rank status on the journey to becoming the future leaders at exfuze. Note: All dates are based on USA Central Time.

3 1 ST Way to Earn - DIRECTOR RANK-UP a) When a Distributor achieves a Director Rank of Bronze, Silver, or Gold, for the First Time, they may receive a one-time Chairman s PRO Bonus as follows: Bronze Rank-up: Silver Rank-up: Gold Rank-up: 7,000 THB 10,500 THB 17,500 THB 35,000 THB Potential Director Rank-up b) The Chairman s PRO Bonus for Director Rank-up may be achieved over a period of several business weeks, or in a one week business period. The total amount possible to accumulate for the Director Rank-up portion of the Chairman s PRO Bonus is 35,000 THB. Note: A distributor may only earn the Director Rank-up one time per rank.

4 Overview 1) Must be active with 100 PV in the last 30 days. 2) *Binary Qualified in current week of Rank-up status. a) Distributor enrolled prior to rank-up week must be *Binary Qualified in previous week. For example rank-up June 9, must have been *Binary Qualified on business week ending June 8. b) Distributor enrolled in the same week as rank-up achieved the previous week *Binary Qualification waived. 3) Must have achieved the rank for the first time. 4) Must not have achieved the Director rank of Bronze, Silver, or Gold previously to effective date of June 9, 2010 for the New Chairman s PRO Bonus. Note: All Rank caps are applicable as part of the Chairman s Bonus Program. *Binary Qualified requires one personally enrolled left and right in the binary structure that is personally active with 100PV each. Note: All dates are based on USA Central Time.

5 2nd Way to Earn DOUBLE DOWN a) When a Distributor achieves a Director Rank of Bronze, Silver, or Gold, for the First Time, and qualifies for the Director Rank-up Chairman s Bonus part of the program, they are then eligible in the following week for the Director Double Down. Bronze Double Down 2 x Binary Earned in Qualifying week Silver Double Down Gold Double Down 2 x Binary Earned in Qualifying week 2 x Binary Earned in Qualifying week b) By achieving the Rank-up Status of Bronze, Silver and Gold a Distributor may have up to three opportunities to qualify for the Director Double Down. Note: A distributor may only earn the Director Double Down in Rank Achievement Succession. Example Rank-up to Bronze, Rank-up to Silver and then Rank-up to Gold.

Note: All Rank caps are applicable as part of the Chairman s Bonus Program. *Binary Qualified requires one personally enrolled left and right in the binary structure that is personally active with 100PV each.
