4 *** DEFINITIONS *** Affiliate: A Member that refers at least one Member that remains on an active subscription each month. Sponsor: A Member that has referred at least one Member becomes the Sponsor of that Member. PV: (Sales) Volume Points are used for calculating commissions in the 2X Infinity Bonus plan, including Matching Bonuses. Carry Over: This is non-paid commissionable volume that will accumulate and be calculated during the next Pay Period. Flush: Flushing of sales volume points means the volume is removed and non-calculated for commissions, if Affiliate does not have an active subscription or one personally sponsored active retail customer within 60 days of last paid subscription. PV Calculation Cut-Off: Sales volume points are accumulated in real-time and calculated by 12:00 AM EST every day. Pay Period: Commissions are paid every week on Friday via corporate check. Holding Period: Commissions on all new sales are paid out the second Friday after registration date, then weekly thereafter. Commission Qualified: An Affiliate that has met the minimum requirements to earn commissions by either personally having an active subscription on file, or by having directly sponsored an active subscriber or retail subscriber.
