2 EXFUZE PROSPERITY PLAN The exfuze Prosperity Plan is a generous plan that leverages several of the most popular compensation plan models in the industry of Direct Selling in combination with unique rewards programs. The Prosperity Plan is designed to benefit the exfuze Independent Distributor ( EID ) every step of the way of their journey as they build their parttime or fulltime business with exfuze. The foundation of the Prosperity Plan is truly a hybrid model, implementing the best qualities of several popular types of compensation models. It incorporates the stability of a strong Fast Track program, based on a unique Unilevel, creating the ability to earn from initial sales quickly. Next is a powerful Dual Team feature that allows you to increase your earning potential by creating and receiving spillover Business Volume (BV). For residual earning potential, there is a powerful Director Check Match Bonus (DCM), where Global Business Volume, not allocated to the Dual Team bonus, goes into a pool and is distributed to all Director Rank EID s and above, based on their qualifications. Finally, we have also given our EID s a very real and powerful automobile program, with our Luxury Car Club Program, to cap off the most amazing compensation and bonus plan in the Direct Sales Industry. But the plan does not end there! We have also built a program to help eliminate the concern people have over reoccurring expenses by implementing a simple Challenge 4 and Pay No More Rewards Program (4PNM). Our program allows one to become eligible to receive FREE Product each month. This program is available to EIDs. You may earn 25% of the dollar value of each personal autodelivery sale in Challenge Bucks. These Challenge Bucks can be redeemed towards free exfuze product when certain requirements are met. By sharing the product with the Challenge 4 and Pay No More Rewards Program, benefits are seen on the first step in achieving REWARDS with FREE Product*. The second step on the Prosperity journey is achieved by sharing the 4PNM with others. This leads to FAST TRACK potential earnings. Once you are on the FAST TRACK, as you continue to share the 4PNM program, others that you have referred to the 4PNM introduce others to it as well; you will find yourself already on the third step, with potential for MID TERM EARNINGS and the goal of achieving ongoing earnings. HOW DO YOU GET YOUR PRODUCT FOR FREE*? Getting your own AutoDelivery FREE* is easy. Just follow these simple steps, and exfuze will send you your exfuze AutoDelivery Order FREE* each month as long as you remain qualified! 1. You have decided to use the exfuze products for you and your family and have committed to be on the exfuze wholesale purchasing, AutoDelivery program. 2. Unlike other companies, every 4PNM AutoDelivery Preferred Challenge order counts right from the very first AutoDelivery order! 25% of every single product purchased dollar adds to your Challenge Bucks account. As long as you are on an active Monthly AutoDelivery of 50 PV, your Challenge Bucks remain active for one year from the date earned and will accumulate month after month. You may redeem your Challenge Reward Bucks for an AutoDelivery order as long as you are active on AutoDelivery as well as having 4 personally referred Preferred Challenge Customers also purchasing** an Order on a monthly Auto Delivery. ONLINE RETAIL CUSTOMER COMMISSIONS exfuze has also provided a personal replicated retail website for Distributors. It is located at ( where you can have Retail Customers purchase directly from the Company at a Suggested Retail Price and you may earn a Retail Bonus Sales Commission on those sales. 9 CHALLENGE CUSTOMERS BUILD YOUR BUSINESS Oftentimes as Distributors we try to fit a person, who would really just prefer to buy products, into the Distributor Box. Not so at exfuze; we have built our Challenge Customer Program to make it more profitable for you, and better for your Prospect, to have them be a Customer. A Challenge Customer does not pay a registration or back office systems fee. If they opt to go on AutoDelivery, they can buy their product for the same price as a Distributor! The Challenge Customer cannot earn any commissions, but they do get a limited back office. This is better for you as the EID as well because, in addition to earning Dual Volume for these Customers, you will also receive a Challenge Customer Bonus for not only the first order from the Challenge Customer, but every single subsequent AutoDelivery order thereafter! 10 EXFUZE STAR EXECUTIVE PROGRAM EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER BONUS PROGRAM The exfuze Star Executive Customer Bonus is only available to qualified exfuze Distributors who reside in the USA and Mexico. CHALLENGE CUSTOMER PAYOUT For each Challenge Customer order, the enrolling Distributor will receive a Direct Sales Bonus (DSB), of $5 per item, with full personal volume and full business volume. STAR EXECUTIVE BONUS PAYOUT Each month after business close, the Star Executive Bonus qualification levels are determined by looking back 31 days and determining the sum total of all of the Challenge Customer enrollments or monthly auto delivery orders processed in that period. The Bonus is based on the DSB and the Current Star level of the Distributor; the DSB is multiplied by the Bonus percent and this bonus is paid in the pay period following the month s business close. Since the bonus is paid on the DSB, the DSB must occur within the month to earn a STAR EXECUTIVE BONUS on that DSB. The Bonus is not paid on orders themselves but the DSB so if an order occurs after the last business close in a given month the DSB will not be paid until the first business close of the following month meaning the bonus will be paid on that DSB the following month. 12 EXFUZE STAR EXECUTIVE PROGRAM EXECUTIVE STAR PROGRAM RULES Must be an active exfuze Distributor with a monthly auto delivery and a minimum of 50PV. To qualify for this program the Distributor must have a minimum of 4 Preferred Challenge Customer enrollments or active Preferred Challenge Customer monthly auto delivery orders to proceed. This Bonus will be paid out the first pay week of the following month in which you qualify. Distributors may vary in current pay level for their Star qualification as the level will be calculated at the end of the month based on the previous 31 days of all Preferred Challenge Customer enrollments and monthly auto deliveries. Distributors will have a live tracker in their back office to see progress of their level. Star Level will change daily, as exfuze processes monthly auto delivery orders daily. So make sure you check your tracker on the last day of the month to see your Star level for that month. The Bonus paid out amount will be determined by calculating the total amount of Customer Bonus paid to the Distributor in that given month, by the close of business for that month, and paying the corresponding percent from the Star level for which they qualify. 13 EXFUZE STAR EXECUTIVE PROGRAM The Company reserves the right to modify, change or eliminate the Executive Star Customer Program as is deemed necessary to stay competitive in the marketplace. EXAMPLE: EID John qualified at Star Level 5 (28 Customers) and was paid $280 in Customer Bonus for all his customers that month. He will receive 50% of what he earned, so he will get an additional $140 in Executive Star Bonus. 14 FAST TRACK & MIDTERM EARNINGS FAST START BONUS & FAST START MATCH BONUS FAST START BONUS When you personally enroll a new distributor with an Optional Pak, you have the potential to earn a Fast Start Bonus (FSB). The Fast Start Bonus pays 20% on the PV of the optional pak to the direct personal sponsor. There is no limit to the FSB you may potentially earn. For example: You personally enroll a new Distributor on the Optional 1000 pak; you will earn 20% of the PV which is $200. FAST START MATCHING BONUS The Fast Start Matching Bonus (FSM) rewards you with a 25% match on the Fast Start Bonuses that your Personally Sponsored Distributors earn. It is an incentive to help your Distributors duplicate product sales. For example, when one of your Personally Sponsored Distributors earns a Fast Start Bonus of $100, you will match 25% of that Fast Start Bonus or $25. To qualify for this bonus, you must be personally active with 200 PV. There is no limit to the number of Fast Start Matching Bonuses you can earn. DUAL TEAM BONUS The exfuze Dual Team model, commonly referred to as a Dual Team, is a distinguishing feature of the exfuze hybrid compensation plan model; it encourages Teams to work together. Unlike a pure Unilevel, which is what the Fast Start and Director Check Match Commissions are based on, the Dual Team Bonus (DTB) embraces sharing of Team members; the Dual Marketing Organization (DMO) allows people to benefit from one another s efforts resulting in spillover of Business Volume. 15 This truly builds a spirit of teamwork and shared benefit that is not found in a pure Unilevel only compensation plan. Your Dual Marketing Organization has two legs or sides. When you enroll a new Challenge Customer or Distributor, you have the option of placing them in your Dual Marketing Organization on either your right or your left leg. Distributors both upline and downline, within your Dual Marketing Organization, may also place their personally enrolled in your Dual Marketing Organization, which creates the shared benefits as sales within the Dual Marketing Organization generates Business Volume (BV). When you become Dual Team Bonus Qualified (DTBQ d), you can potentially earn bonuses based on Business Volume driven by the efforts of your Dual Marketing Organization, which consists of all Preferred Challenge Customers and Distributors who are placed below you, by either yourself, or others above or below you in the Dual Marketing Organization. Your entire team can qualify to be paid on the same shared volume! YOU EXFUZE DUAL TEAM BONUS QUALIFICATION: Your Personal Sales Volume (PV) is 100 within the past thirty days by Business Close Day each week. RIGHT LEG One of your personally introduced Preferred Challenge Customers or Distributors on both your right and left legs have each generated 100PV in the last 30 days as well. 16 DUAL TEAM BONUS EXFUZE DUAL TEAM MODEL As your Dual Marketing Organization grows, and as Preferred Challenge Customers or Distributors in your organization purchase products, the Dual Business Volume (BV) that each of them generates, translates to Business Volume (BV) credit for you. Dual Team Bonus is triggered when you have met the Dual Team Bonus Qualification (DTB Qd) and when you achieve a minimum of 300 BV or more on the left Dual Leg and 300 BV on the right Dual Leg of your Dual Marketing Organization. Once you reach 300 BV on the lesser Dual Leg, a 5% Dual Team Bonus is generated on the BV in that leg as well as a 5% Dual Team Bonus from the matching BV on the greater leg. This pattern continues in increments of 300 BV based on the Dual lesser leg volume for total potential earnings of 10% Dual Team Bonus on your lesser volume leg. The total amount in Dual Team Bonus you may be eligible for is determined by your Sales Pay Rank achievement level each week. For example, if your Sales Rank is Pro300 and your right Dual Leg has 300 BV and you have 500 BV on your left Dual Leg, you are eligible for 10% ($30) on the lesser 300 BV right Dual Leg. That would leave 200 BV remaining on your left Dual Leg, which remains and continues to accumulate with your BV in the following week s commission payout if you are qualified. If you maintain a minimum of 50PV in the previous 30 days by Business Period Close each week on Tuesday midnight (USA Central Time), your BV will not flush and will continue to accumulate. 18 DIRECTOR CHECK MATCH (DCM) WEEKLY COMPANYWIDE PAYOUT The Director Check Match (DCM) is part of the 55% rule guarantee that exfuze pays weekly companywide based on global Dual Business Volume (BV). The DCM is paid weekly and is based on a floating percentage Pool. The percentage is determined after the other bonuses, such as the Dual Team Bonus and Ambassador Leadership Bonus ways of earning in the Compensation Plan are calculated. If you qualify for the DCM, you may earn a percentage match on the Dual Team Bonus paid to Distributors in your Personal Marketing Organization (Personal Enrollment Tree of all distributors enrolled below people that you personally enrolled). The DCM can pay up to eight Director Generations deep in your Personal Marketing Organization. The DCM percentage is based on how much money goes into the pool each week and how many people are participating in the pool that week and, as such, there will be weekly fluctuations. The DCM is paid on generations in your Personal Marketing Organization. A generation is completed in your organization when you have a qualified Director with a Sales Achievement Rank of Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Jade, Pearl, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Red Diamond, Blue Diamond, Caribbean Diamond or Ambassador Pearl. This is unlike levels, because a generation could encompass many people before a Director ends that generation, or pool of people you are paid on. The number of generations on which you may earn is dependent on your Pay Rank achieved by Business Close each week. The higher your Pay Rank; the higher your earning potential. 20 AMBASSADOR LEADERSHIP BONUS BONUS POOL UP TO 1% OF ALL GLOBAL DUAL BV As an acknowledgment of our exfuze Leaders commitment to achieve the top ranks of Ambassador and to continue supporting the Company and their Personal and Dual Marketing Organizations, they may become eligible to participate in the Ambassador Leadership Bonus Pool consisting of up to 1% of all Global Dual Business Volume. The Ambassador Leadership Bonus Pool allocation is calculated based on earning Ambassador Points. A Distributor may obtain points in a calendar quarter by achieving a Pay Rank of Ambassador Pearl or higher by Business Close Day that is within the quarter. A maximum of one Ambassador Point may be earned per week by a Distributor. The total Ambassador Leadership Bonus Pool amount accumulated within the calendar quarter is divided by the number of Ambassador Points earned by all qualified Distributors to calculate the value of each Ambassador point awarded to a Distributor. Ambassador points do not accumulate and restart each calendar quarter. The calendar quarter close dates are March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 each year based on the United States calendar no matter what Market Territory an EID Distributor may reside. In addition to obtaining Ambassador Points, a Distributor must also have a 200 PV paid for order, per month in the calendar quarter and have obtained a minimum of three new Distributors with a minimum initial first product order of 25 PV each. The cumulative total of new Distributor s initial first order sales must be at least 400 PV. The three new Distributors may be a combination of either Preferred Challenge Customers, or Distributors.
