1 How can I become a Teampartner? I can become Teampartner by ordering my Demo Start for $99. The Demo Start contains the Demo Bag, the two top-sellers Activize Oxyplus and Ultimate Young as Demo products, some business brochures and the PM Office Gold one year. The Demo Start has no points (1 point = $ 50 Cents). What are the advantages of a Teampartner? My retail income, which I receive from my orders as a Distributor, is 20% (discount)! If I have an optional Autoship I will receive additional 10% (discount) retail income! I can receive 20% on my retail income from registered customers. As a Teampartner I can even receive 3% - 5% Top-Retailer Bonus. How can I become a Manager? I have minimum points retail sales! The sales from your Teampartner count towards your retail sales. This also applies to sales in the Direct Customer Program at PM-International Nutrition & Cosmetics Canada Inc. ( PM ). What are the advantages of a Manager? My retail income, which I receive from my orders as a Distributor, is 30%! If I have an optional Autoship, I will receive additional 10% retail income! I can receive 30% on my retail income from registered customers. The Manager position is a key position in the PM Marketing Plan. As a Manager, I have full access to six simultaneous incomes. My Manager status will count for the next 12 months. Afterwards I need to re-qualify for my Manager position again. Six simultaneous incomes: 1. Retail Income (20 40%) 2. Customer Direct Program (20 30%) 3. TOP-Retailer Bonus (3 5%) 4. Whole Sale Income (10%) 5. 6 generations of Commissions (3-5%) 6. Management- Bonus/TOP-Management Bonus (2-21%)
2 What are the requirements of an active Manager? 1. Possibility: I have minimum 500 points in retail sales. This includes the sales to your customers registered in the Direct Customer Program at PM. With the Direct Customer Program a customer can order products from the Teampartner by contacting PM (or the Company) directly. 2. Possibility: I have minimum points in the group. The group includes the sales of your Teampartners, sales made to your customers registered in the Direct Customer Program and your retail sales (Managers and higher qualifications from your downline are excluded). What are the advantages of an active Manager? As an active Manager, I am qualified for bonus payments and have full access to up to 6 simultaneous incomes. As an active Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and International Marketing Manager I will receive Commissions on my first 3 generations. As Vice President I will receive Commissions on my first 4 generations, as Executive Vice President on my first 5 generations and from Presidents Team onwards I have full access to 6 generations.
3 What is my Retail Income? My retail income, which I receive from my orders as a Distributor, is 20% as a Teampartner or 30% as a Manager! If I have an optional Autoship I will receive additional 10% retail income! I can receive 20-30% on my retail income from registered customers. What is my Wholesale Income? As a Manager, I receive 10% on the sales of my Teampartners (Managers and higher qualifications from your downline are excluded). How can I move up ranks in the Marketingplan? Sales Manager = I need 2,500 points in retail sales on 3 generations. Marketing Manager = I need 5,000 points in retail sales on 3 generations. International Marketing Manager = I need 10,000 points in retail sales on 3 generations. Vice President = I need 25,000 points in retail sales on 4 generations. Executive Vice President = I need 50,000 points in retail sales on 5 generations. Presidents Team = I need 100,000 points in retail sales on 6 generations. Silver Presidents Team = I need 200,000 points in retail sales on 6 generations. Gold Presidents Team = I need 400,000 points in retail sales on 6 generations. Platin Presidents Team = I need 600,000 points in retail sales on 6 generations. Champions League = I need 1,000,000 points in retail sales on 6 generations. When and from whom do I receive my Commissions? (Bonus requirement) I receive Commissions from the group sales (point value; 1 point = 0.50 USD) of my active Managers. I receive 5% Commissions from my direct downline. From the 2nd and 3rd generation, I receive 3% Commissions. As Vice President I can also claim 3% Commissions from my 4th generation, as Executive Vice President 5% Commissions from my 5th generation and from Presidents Team onwards 5% on my 6th generation.
4 When do I receive the Management and the TOP-Management Bonus? (Bonus requirement) From the position of Sales Manager, I receive the Management or TOP-Management Bonus from the complete sales of my structure. Warning! The Management and TOP-Management Bonus paid out already in my structure will be deducted from me. For example: I am IMM (9%) and I have a Sales Manager in my direct downline, who receives 2% Management Bonus. Therefore I am entitled to the difference from my 9% and the 2% in his structure and I then receive 7% from his structure. When do I receive the Top-Retailer Bonus and in which level? (Bonus requirement) Whenever I reach 2,500 points in retail sales on my personal sales per month, I get an additional bonus of 3% from the point value. If I receive 5,000 points, I can even receive 5% from the point value. When do I receive the Bonus for being a member of the TOP-Management? At the TOP-Management levels of distribution (from Vice President), the corresponding Bonus will be paid after one qualifying month. So in the first month, after you qualify for the TOP-Management (not necessarily the following month), you receive the corresponding Bonus.
5 What is the re-qualification and who has to re-qualify himself? I need to re-qualify my Manager position once a year (first time in the second calendar year). 1. Possibility: I have minimum 1,500 points in retail sales in July or August. This includes the sales to your customers registered in the Direct Customer Program at PM. 2. Possibility: I am active Manager in June, July and August. The re-qualification needs to be done the first time after the Teampartner/Manager has been min. one year with PM (example: registration date is April 2014, the re-qualification needs to be done the first time latest in August 2015). What is the renewal fee and who has to pay for it? Every Teampartner and Manager has to pay a yearly renewal fee of $50 in the month of September. Every Teampartner and Manager has to pay a yearly renewal fee of $50 in the month of September. The renewal fee of the Teampartner/Manager includes access to the PM Office Gold for another year. If the renewal fee is not paid the Teampartner/ Manager will fall down to the customer Position. The renewal fee will be charged after the Teampartner/Manager has been minimum one year with PM (example: registration date is April 2014, the yearly renewal fee will be charged the first time in September 2015).
