Sole asset of corporation is real estate (1 parcel). I have invested just over $107,000. There is no appraisal on my interest. Book value is not appropriate as this is improved real estate on which depreciation is deducted. Cost is not available for an interest in a corporation. There is no assessment for my interest. VI A. 2 Lot# I, originally purchased in 2003 for purpose ofbuilding&f('2' "" pending sale. Appraisal value issued on 3/29/11 is $53,500. I decided to sell the lot in 2005 and it is now being held for investment VI A. 2 Lot# 2, purchased in 2005 and held for investment. Appraisal value issued on is $128,300. VI A. 38 The account is used for the temporary deposit of interest, dividends and proceeds from the sale of stocks and bonds and for the purchase of new or additional stocks and bonds.
