Invesco Constellation is a new name, effective 4/30/10, for AIM Constellation Fund Cl A; Columbia Seligman is a new name for Seligman Communications: Information Fund Cl A, effective 9/27/10. VII. The sale to Schlesinger Communications also involves deferred payments to the shareholders in future years. Those payments will be reported as income to the extent required by the disclosure rules.
